Hotel was good. Check-in guy, not so much. I had booked as “pay at hotel” and when i arrived, they had charged two separate charges on my card before check-in, and argued with me about checking in on my AmEx. Once they did check me in on my Amex, they successfully overdraft my entire bank account otherwise. Im not happy. I didnt even get to leave my room.

Staff was amazing, room was clean. The only issue was breakfast wasnt well stocked for our whole stay.

Clean rooms, but it looked like everything was under construction. Door handles broken and brown paper and tape everywhere.

The rooms were spotless and spacious, the staff was courteous and all for an awesome price!

Staff were overall pleasant but not always available. The shampoo bottle was completely empty. Staff did bring more quickly after being notified. Not overly impressed and would not recommend this facility.

We needed nothing. Yes, the room was spotless, but the ultimate convenience of everything was amazing. After driving nearly 9 hours, it was great to just come in the room and not need to do anything except get dinner. There were plates, silverware, glasses, paper towels, and a dishwasher! We would definitely stay here again.

The greeting was not very welcoming but staff wasnt rude. Just not very friendly.
The room was nice except for the mattress. Very very uncomfortable. Could definitely use a 3inch foam cushion.

Room was clean. Front desk staff was helpful when I requested a room change. Very comfortable bed. Only complaint is TV is very out of date with no streaming options.

This was our first stay at this hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room, as it had been torn off the wall. Also, there were no paper plates in the breakfast area to use for pancakes, eggs, etc.. Other than these two things, we were very pleased with Mainstay Suites and will definitely do our best to stay at another whenever traveling!

Pros: super nice staff! Beds were alright in terms of comfort; pretty clean, good AC.

Cons: I'm guessing short-staffed, which led to a few minor issues.
