Yes the air worked fine. The staff I was very unhappy with. They charged me two extra days even though my reservation with you says i was paid from Friday the 14th through the 17th at checkout. I’m not happy at all

I had a great experience with the spot it was nicer than I expected for the price to be honest it was a steel.

It was good service and it was very comfortable and nice, until day two I was moved to the other side which was smaller

There were bugs in my room and when I politely ask to be moved I got moved to a even worse room that had bed bugs and a door that was broken

I checked in and started see roaches and I wasn't going to say anything but I saw one on the bed so I was moved to a worse room with bed bugs and a broken door

The outlets next to the beds did not work, as they were all capped off. only three outlets in the whole room that weren't capped off. Restroom is super small. There was dirty hand prints all over the head board of the bed when we walked in for the 1st time into the room. Mini fridge was one large ice cube and wasn't able to be used until the day after checking in.

Terrible, smell like cigarettes even though I requested non smoking, roaches and beg bug everywhere, I was supposed to stay for 3 night, I check out the next morning very early, when I told the receptionist she was like everything was normal.

Where my room was at, is a little loud from the traffic. Only thing I have a complaint about is w hen the day for you to check out? The front office staff will band on your door like you're a criminal.

Plugs didnt work fpr chargers phone didnt work and they had to come fix the tv

Me & my girlfriend just wanted to get away for a night so we decided to get a room to spend some time together. The night girl working was very friendly and extremely accommodating. It was nice and quiet and there's tons to do around there if you get bored. We can't wait to go back for another nightly get away!!
