had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Tatiana at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She efficiently handled my check-in and answered all my questions about local attractions and transportation.
What really stood out was Tatiana's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. When I needed assistance with a minor issue in my room, she promptly arranged for it to be resolved. Her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel valued as a guest.

Being away from home can be lonely and having to travel a lot can be dreadful. Now having said that, I would like to thank Crystal and Titanna for their outstanding service and making my stay at Woodspring feel like a home away from home going above and beyond. These 2 women showed exemplary character and dedication to their positions. I will be staying here on all my travels through Abilene!!!! Thank you ladies.

Not much you can cook with 2 little burners. The quality inn I stayed in was much nicer than this, mattress don’t fit on frame, so you hang off the edge or fall off, the whole place smells of Pot!!!!! And you can’t use the tub, it’s stuck on shower!

My experience at this Woodspring Suites in Abilene was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of communicating respectfully, she talked down to me and made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, I was charged an unexpected $50 fee with the explanation that I “didn’t clean the room,” even though I followed normal hotel checkout standards. I have never stayed at a hotel where guests are expected to clean the room before leaving — that is the hotel’s responsibility. The charge felt unfair and not properly explained.
Hotels should treat guests with respect, provide clear policies up front, and not add surprise charges after checkout. I would not recommend this location to anyone until improvements are made in customer service and transparency.

We’ve been staying at Woodspring Suites in Abilene for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here. The manager, Alex, and her staff have been so kind and helpful the entire time. Anytime we’ve needed something, they’ve gone out of their way to take care of it quickly and with a smile.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere here feels safe and welcoming, which has made a big difference during our stay. It really shows that Alex and her team care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel at home.

’ve been staying at WoodSpring Suites in Abilene for a while now, and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is incredibly kind and personable, and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They know their customers by name, which makes you feel truly valued and not just another guest. The property is always clean and well-kept, and I’ve never once felt worried about anything while staying here. Every encounter has been a good one, and the genuine hospitality here really sets this place apart.

This may be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The property is in disrepair, the elevator didn't work most of the time. The outside doors did not shut so there was no security. I could not lock my door with the deadbolt. There was zero water pressure in the bathtoom sink. The room felt very dirty. I tried to stay somewhere on the cheap and i certainly paid for it.

It was terrible...staff was no help when we checked in...and when we told them the ac doesn't work they said they had no other rooms and no maintenance on site to fix it until two days later, we got a call at around 10pm saying they finally had a different room for us ..the ac didn't work there either, it was only about two degrees colder...staff was no help and neither was management, will never come back to this location and will tell everyone I know to not go there

The bed was very soft and comfortable and the television was good. The refrigerator was useful too, but ther were lots of cockroaches! I don't like bugs and roaches are the worst. I rate this place 2 stars because of the roach infestation. There was also a hot plate and a microwave oven but i wouldnt want to cook in there because of the roach problem.
