Everything was very nice and pleasant, except when we first got there the ac did bot work properly. The maintenance team was on top of it though and it was fixed within minutes of notice!

Very easy check in process. Conveniently located for everything I wanted. Hotel was clean, room was perfect for my daughter and I.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Suites Arlington! Everyone was extremely nice and the room was very clean and exactly as described!

Hotel is clean and staff are nice, however, rooms are small than your standard hotel rooms. AC didn't work and clerk said they couldn't move us and we'd have to wait for maintenance the next day. We had plans the next day and didn't want anyone in our room for an extended period. There is no breakfast of any kind,, and I never saw the restaurant open.

Very serene space and a breath of fresh air as you walk in. Love it. The manager and workers too were very friendly and welcoming. They made our even so beautiful by setting up the hall and always ready to help.

Older hotel, not like any Four season I’ve ever stayed at. Room floor needed to be moped and the little bit of carpet in room was dirty as well as the shower liner. Bathroom could have been cleaned a lot better

The staff was nice in the room was OK but the bed was a disappointment not what I normally receive at a Four Points Sheraton. I have always had a great bed.!

What wasn't great. Every time I stay here it is a wonderful experience. Everything from the time you pull into the patking lot, the front desk, the cleaning staff, the cleanliness of the room and the condition it is in. That's why when I am in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I always stay here. In the past 2 years, I have probably stayed here a total of 55-60 days.

Stayed here for the weekend during a Cowboys-Packers game. The front desk staff were very nice! Breakfast selection was okay. Beds were good. It took 5-10 minutes for hot water to get to our shower each time. Our room was on the 2nd floor and using the side door would have been convenient, however, the key card unlocking device did not work at all during the weekend. Not a big deal but would have...

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn. The entire facility was clean and the staff were great. Our room was perfect with everything that we needed. We stayed at this hotel because it is relatively close to AT&T Stadium and we were going to the Cowboys game. This hotel is definitely a nice and convenient place to stay for this purpose. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay for a Cowboys game The suite was great for a Cowboys game weekend. Sitting area and good sized TV was perfect for pre and post game hangs. The free breakfast was good. Easy Uber ride to the stadium.

Our flight got really late, and the door was locked to the hotel with no attendant to open it for over 30 minutes. Another guest came attempted to use their mobile key fob, and they were unable to get in. Also, they were intoxicated which made the event even more intense. The ladies that worked at the front desk were both very friendly and accommodating. I had to swith rooms because there was something wrong with the TV in my room. No problem at all. Breakfast options were good. The area was clean. Parking was safe and available. There were lots of food places near by.

Very clean and conveniently close to the Dallas Stadium and with several fast food places around the hotel. Staff was friendly, the only downside is that housekeeping did not clean the room nor refilled bathroom necessities or bring fresh towels.

We travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This was by far one of the better breakfast options. Bed was a little hard for my liking but my hisband enjoyed it.

Was quoted price of 102 and some change and chose pay at property. I was charged 128.33 for the room. For that price I could have stayed some where nicer.

Best Motel 6 ever. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, even had a cushy chair with an ottoman. Definitely recommend.

Convenient to where I needed to be. There were no food options on the property, but something close by. The bed was ok.

Mattresses were good. Wi-fi worked fine. Water temp and pressure were good. We had a clean room with no noisy neighbors (for the most part). If the hotel had better weather-stripping around the doors and windows, it would help block outside sounds from the parking lot and Cooper Street. We stayed 5 nights in mid-December 2022. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area.

Booking was easy. Room appeared clean. Little roaches seen through duration of my 2 week stay. Twice housekeeping left my curtains open. Once housekeeping left my room window open & unlocked.

Not the expected visitors. These lower, long term, older motels can be drug haven. This one is not. Good location, kept clean, usually full. Across street from Grandy's and near McDonald's and Parks Mall. Have used at least once a month for past year for guests.
