I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and taken care of, and the value for what we paid was honestly really good. One thing that really stood out was the service. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful whenever we had a question or needed something. Even the gift shop was super convenient and had anything we might have forgotten or needed during our stay, which was really nice. Overall, this hotel was a great value, very comfortable, and the service made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and staff are nice, however, rooms are small than your standard hotel rooms. AC didn't work and clerk said they couldn't move us and we'd have to wait for maintenance the next day. We had plans the next day and didn't want anyone in our room for an extended period. There is no breakfast of any kind,, and I never saw the restaurant open.

Very serene space and a breath of fresh air as you walk in. Love it. The manager and workers too were very friendly and welcoming. They made our even so beautiful by setting up the hall and always ready to help.

From the moment I walked into Lux Hotel & Spa, I felt like I’d stepped into a boutique retreat with big personality. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with modern touches that make the space feel both upscale and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive—especially Miss Ann, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable A. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The Jacuzzi suite was a highlight—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, and Globe Life Park B. Whether you’re in town for a family getaway, a wedding, or a solo escape, this hotel delivers comfort and class. The Zuri Restaurant & Lounge downstairs is sleek and stylish, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I also appreciated the free parking and fast Wi-Fi—small things that make a big difference. Highly recommend Lux Hotel & Spa for anyone looking for a relaxing, refined experience in Arlington. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Lux hotel situated at excellent and central Location in Arlington. I liked the most was their spacious and grandiose bed rooms with immaculately clean bed sheets and luxurious decor. The hotel has very comfortable and spacious lobbies to socialize and hang around. Their house service can be rated as par excellence. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had my son’s engagement party at Lux hotel. We are from Toronto, Canada. We stayed here for 3 nights. Our whole experience from the point of check-in to room stay to party at the banquet hall was extremely awesome. The staff together with GM took deep interest in making sure that all the arrangements are hick up free. We had party for over 150 people and had guests from outside Dallas occupying 14 rooms. We had so much comfortable stay and outstanding party. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I am planning to re-visit Dallas for friends re-union in Sep and look forward to experience the same warm stay with Lux! Thanks Hameeda and Alex She’ll. You guys are great!!
