My stay was amazing. The customer service was great. I was greeted with a smile, fresh hotel aroma, and my room was clean.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great location. Breakfast had many options.
The staff is the only worth praising tbh. They are the only reason why I am giving this hotel stars.
Very nice and clean building. Sirveran checked me in and she was absolutely lovely and gave us drink vouchers to help celebrate my husbands and my 10 year anniversary. Thank you for being so sweet!
Nice hotel. Very big. Our room was the farthest away in the west wing at the end of the hall. Long walk. Dropped my hoodie somewhere on the way to the room and someone must have found it and kept it. Didn't catch breakfast. Good location with walkable dining.
Staff was amazing, room was great, bed extremely comfortable, will continue to stay when visiting Longview.

For what I paid it's very good. The room and bed are very good and clean.
Very friendly owners,I love there's an ice machine and you can get it whenever you want.Has free wifi and cable and very hot water to take baths has a bigger ice box then most and comfy firm beds.....if I had a choice americas best is my first pick

Very peaceful, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very kind and my family and I were very comfortable here during our snow storm last week. The kitchenette and full sized refrigerator allowed my family to stock up on food before the storm and be very comfortable when the roads were too bad to travel. This was our home away from home and we will be back.
Stayed 1 night and I really can't complain about it. The room was clean, the water was hot, and I didn't see a single bug. Was the room updated with nice furniture...no, but if that's your thing then there are hotels in the area that do that for a higher price. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful and the restaurant next door has some of the best Mexican food around. Parking was plentiful...
They were kind and understanding while I evacuated from the Hurricane from NOLA. They maintained social distancing and covid protocols. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality.
The owner and his wife were really nice... There's a gate and security system to get down into the motel to park your cars so they're safe which is awesome. Room was clean I was there and August and the AC works great The staff was amazing. And the lounge smelled awesome... I'd recommend this place I'd even bring my kids

Building is old. U can hear noise from neighboring rooms.
The breakfast was not good. The waffles were watery and taste horrible
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a good size and clean with few cosmetic issues. Several restaurants within walking distance.
Property seems pretty new. Check in was a little slow, and they require a $40 security deposit. Room is clean and in good repair. Would appreciate a luggage rack, we're using a small table and the window seat for suitcases. Like that the floor is tile, not carpet.
Horrible customer service The lady that checked me and my family was just horrible. I had my elder mother with me. My mom needed to use the restroom during check in, the employee told my mom the they didn’t have a working restroom! Then after getting a room, she gives us one upstairs, that’s when we found out that an hotel that has a second floor doesn’t have an elevator! We had to take the stairs...
Staff were attentive and kind. I failed to indicate I was disabled and needed a first floor room, and the staff was quick to get my husband and I a first floor room. The pool was great, very clean and relaxing. I would absolutely go back again. Comfortable bed and very quiet.
