Hotel smelled like cigarettes. Outside door to get in back side of hotel by our room was unlocked for anyone to get in. Room was outdated. Bed was uncomfortable. Would never stay here again

Very nice hotel, staff, restaurant. Traffic noise from The Loop NEVER stops. Semis roaring by all night long. Bring ear plugs!

Loved the hotel. Great staff. Recently upgraded with new bathroom with double shower heads, large TV, comfortable bed and couch. Will return.

Arriving late at night, everyone was up and willing to help me get settled in. I appreciated the easy flow of checking in and checking out in the morning. The airport shuttle service was excellent. I only had to wait at the airport for about 10 minutes at 10:00 at night!

We had no hot water the entire time we were there and the hotel said we’d have to contact you ******* for any type of compensation. We didn't have any accessories in our room. Like shampoo, lotion, or conditioner. Please try and get me some type of compensation

We picked a balcony room only to realize it opens up to a brick wall! Other than that it was a great stay. Comfy bed, clean room.

They did not have the basic amenity of hot water when we arrived and in the morning. I had to explain the issue with the wife. In addition,the did not provide some basic compensation. The manager said they would not give us anything since we booked the room through a third party. Decided not to argue but will not continue to stay there

Yummy breakfast in the 8th floor lounge!! Made to order waffles and eggs. Get this upgrade if you can.
