Very nice hotel, staff, restaurant. Traffic noise from The Loop NEVER stops. Semis roaring by all night long. Bring ear plugs!
Loved the hotel. Great staff. Recently upgraded with new bathroom with double shower heads, large TV, comfortable bed and couch. Will return.
Arriving late at night, everyone was up and willing to help me get settled in. I appreciated the easy flow of checking in and checking out in the morning. The airport shuttle service was excellent. I only had to wait at the airport for about 10 minutes at 10:00 at night!
Staff was amazing and amenities were outstanding. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient.
We picked a balcony room only to realize it opens up to a brick wall! Other than that it was a great stay. Comfy bed, clean room.
Yummy breakfast in the 8th floor lounge!! Made to order waffles and eggs. Get this upgrade if you can.

The Hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely nice.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Everything was great...thanks I will use Holiday Inn again the future...
Stopped on the way to Big Band NP, convenient location near highway. Friendly staff.
Overall, hotel property somewhat worn. Common areas not cleaned well and maintenance not 100%. For example, only one of the two elevators would go to the 4th floor and from the worn signage it looked like it had been that way for some time.
Staff was courteous but could have been a bit friendlier. Overall, OK.

Toilet took forever to refill, therefore wouldn’t flush. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Only 1 ice machine working in the entire hotel. No hair dryer available not even at the desk.
The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in poor repair. It wasn’t terribly dirty, aside from the hall carpeting, but the furniture, fixtures, and carpeting could stand to be replaced. So much was torn or falling apart. The second floor hallway felt as though it had sunken spots. The elevator seemed like it might not make it to our destination. I was confused by the customer rating.
Elevator shook and rocked like it was going to come off the cables. Recommend a repair.
Staff friendly. Stayed in this accessible room two weeks ago. In-room phone wasn't working. Still not working.
Even though I booked on ******* the system wouldn't accept my card
Hotels around it seemed somewhat ran down, very glad I chose this one.

Nice clean n decent experience. Its ok if u need an economical thing for short duration.
My time at Imperial Motel was pretty good. Depending on what you’re there for matters. I was here for work and couldn’t ask for better owners, operators or prices. The staff, Jay, Reka, Belinda were all a joy to be around during my time staying there. May be slightly outdated but it’s quiet, affordable and a good location. Will be back, when I’m on a budget. Thank you.
I had a great stay! The folks at the front desk are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Friendly staff, rooms seem as clean as the cheap motels can get. They do knock on your door around 7am then again at 10am to see if youll be staying or not, even though checkout is at 11. Cleaning lady only knocks once and walks right in, so make sure you're clothed.
It's a Decent place to stay. It was quiet , affordable, clean and the beds were comfortable. The room includes : cable TV( hd television), a mini refrigerator and plenty of space to store your clothes. If you need a cheap but decent place to stay , it's worth a look. A good location if you need to take the 2nd Street route . Update: there are currently room modifications being made on some units ...
It is 85.00 dollar's plus tex a night and it is close to the hospital.
