I don't know where the "excellent" ratings came from, but this was an old hotel that was not in good shape. And unfortunately the room was pretty nasty....the bed was old and drooping in the center, and the blanket had "stains" on in and holes as well. Unfortunately I decided NOT to stay there, turned in my key and was not offered and type of refund.

When I went to visit the scenery was nothing like what was posted on the website and customer service was terrible so I chose somewhere else to say where the scenery was great in customer service was what I expected

Hotel appears to be very rundown, can’t tell that from pictures when you book. It was raining and freezing cold, had to stand outside and called four times before someone came to the window to check in. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was filthy. Hair in the shower, and the base of the toilet looked like it had never been clean. It served his purpose for one night, but I won’t be back.
