Parking was very good. Several entrances on the building so always close to parking. The staff were all wonderful, very charming and friendly

Seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Room was quiet and clean, bed comfy.

The front desk person was friendly and check in was quick...our room was clean and walking down the hallway had a great scent. We would stay here again.

The room was clean & quiet. The mattresses were wonderful.

Bathroom door didn’t lock, toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, coffee maker wouldn’t work for about 20 minutes. other than those small inconveniences, it was a decent stay.

Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast selections. It was very basic. Other than that I was very satisfied. And the beds were so comfortable.

First thing, I was hit with a $45.00 early check-in fee. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am and was informed that if I wanted immediate access to a room, I would be required to pay a US$ 45.00 fee. Secondly, they do not clean their rooms on a daily basis. I was shocked when the front desk Manager informed me the rooms were not cleaned daily.

Hotel appears to be very rundown, can’t tell that from pictures when you book. It was raining and freezing cold, had to stand outside and called four times before someone came to the window to check in. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was filthy. Hair in the shower, and the base of the toilet looked like it had never been clean. It served his purpose for one night, but I won’t be back.

Calm surroundings and clean spaces added to the comfort. The room was nicely arranged and peaceful. Staff displayed great professionalism. A wonderful place to stay.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay! Literally every staff member was very pleasant and sweet! Also the rooms were welcoming and clean! Also the breakfast was so good and very fresh! Definitely will be booking each time I’m in the area visiting.

The beds are not comfortable. It needs a mattress topper or something. I was there 3 nights and not one restful night. Other than that it's always a good stay, friendly staff & great breakfast.

A/C worked. Mold in the bathroom area. Poor ventilation in bath area. They do not clean rooms daily or furnish linens daily. Had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels. Outside lights were extremely bright which keeps the interior of the room lit. I would not entertain staying there again.

This motel is a very economical and a clean choice. The rooms are well maintained. Parking is in front. It is very quiet. The televisions in each room are large and have a good selection of channels. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. My son and I enjoyed staying there.

Only muffin and coffee, that was it. Parking was good, staff friendly, the floor and walls in bathroom needed cleaned and behind night stand was dead bugs. Beds were comfortable and room was nice size. No coffee pot in room. Had to go all the way down to lobby for coffee and we were on 3rd floor.

Greeted as we walked in... room looked nice and clean... breakfast is just muffins and tea... that is the only down fall for me.

Overall, Days Inn was pretty disappointing. Everything looked super run down and dirty. Chipping paint, dirty floors in our room, stains in the shower, and overall dirty appearance. The lobby seemed fine but only offered old coffee and prepackaged muffins for breakfast. In my opinion, that doesn’t qualify as a free breakfast so they need to remove that from their listing.

All the towels in the room were dirty with stains. Could only find 2 outlets to charge my phone . One way in the corner by the window the other behind the tv stand i couldn't use. The room just wasn't clean or maintained overall. People are paying money, the least you can do is provide clean towels and bed sheets.

Our stay was great, clean, spacious room and very comfortable. Utilized the fitness area and very convenient location with pretty much everything close by. My only feedback was when I went down for breakfast I assumed that it was available until 10am which was my fault. But at 9:15am the cleaning lady started picking up all utensils and plates from the breakfast area. I did go confirm until what time...

Overall, an excellent stay. Two minor comments: 1) the drain in the tub (room 222) needs to be cleared and 2) housekeeping should be cleaning the TV remotes. My fingers got something sticky on them when I used it, so I cleaned it myself.

The food was ok. There was eggs that look like the carton kind. Some potatoes and bread. The had waffles but you have to make them and people are slow. The room was mostly clean but the air conditioning sucks. It was so hot and the room didnt cool down for like 4 hours. Didnt get any sleep until 2 am because of the heat.

I had to plan ahead a stay in Tyler Texas to be in a more comfortable setting before undergoing cataract surgery at Heaton Eye Associates in Tyler Texas. Fairfield Inn was spot on! The staff was friendly and courteous upon check-in I was asked if I wanted room service during my stay I advised I would; Room was never cleaned until my husband asked the front desk if we could have room cleaned.

Everything went smoothly. Check-in was fast, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, attendant was friendly and kept everything stocked.
