Nice rooms and maybe nice spot for skiing but surely not for a wedding! ?
The place is nice but service is bad! Everything's done in a rush and food was really bad... Not enough to eat, uncooked chicken, cold plates. They didn't announced or served the dessert neither...!
They did mess up with the complimentary kegs of beer too that magically disappeared...

The hotel has great location, clean, staff friendly. First ski lift by the hotel has old used seats. You are getting cold by sitting on this right away.

Very clean, everyone was so nice. Food at restaurant is a little pricey but was very good.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having the fireplace. Indoor parking garage was a plus with easy access to our room. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The outdoor space was fabulous with many activities.

The room overall was nice. There were lots of marks on the walls and baseboards. However everything was pretty clean and the fireplace was a nice touch. Unfortunately due to the time of the year we were on our own for food. I wish they told us this ahead of hour stay. Otherwise it was a nice.stay. love the scenery as well.

Great swimming pools.. Also enjoyed the hot chocolate at the complimentary wending machine.. Rooms were cosy too..

We stayed here for fourth anniversary. The property was beautiful. It was a little after peak on the leaves so we didn't get a lot of color. They had a festival going on our second day. It was nice. The room was a little weird. We paid for a studio which had a full kitchen which was nice but it was a Murphy bed which was a little weird. We had a very nice balcony but there wasn't a single USB port in the entire room. Took a little effort to get extra pillows and blankets even though the hotel was pretty empty by then. I'm sure during ski season the places absolutely packed and crazy

Property is great for kids. It is not within walking to any bars or restaurants, other than what they have on site. Staff are friendly, but they don't have daily housekeeping if that is important to you.

The staff truly made the experience stand out. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.

Room had no disposable cups to make tea or coffee, when called at reception they said come down and get it because they have no staff who can bring it for us. Room temperature was hot and we tried to control with thermostat but didn’t work.
