Clean, basic rooms - A good value for a quick overnight. Morning front desk clerk was very helpful, especially in the kitchen. She even helped to confirm the cheerios were gluten-free for one of our group.

Front desk employees are friendly and helpful, and the room rates are reasonable for Bellingham. The rooms are a bit dated and worn, but are serviceable if you don't need fancy accommodations to be content. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer in the room. If you are scent-sensitive, you may be bothered by lingering smoke smell in the hall, but I found my non-smoking room to be acceptable.

Very good place to stay the night. Little above average rooms, heat and AC, wifi works decently, and they provide breakfast. Pool looked a little small, but it was usable.

It's OK. My worst complaint is is that the bed wasn't very comfortable. And the pillows also were not comfortable. I know this is subjective.. So let me me briefly describe. The bed felt almost just like a box spring. Stiff. Very little sink or bounce. And the pillow was just too compressed and stiff. Otherwise service was good. Although they're was a misunderstanding about how late the sauna and jacuzzi were open. The books placed inside the room said 11. The sign outside the building which they are housed in says 11. But the front desk person came up to us to say that they closed at 10. Pointing out that there was a sticker over the sign on the building where the 11 o'clock indication was that was supposed to say 10 and it was removed.. They let us stay til 11. Which was decent. Otherwise I was gonna be pissed.

Overall, it was quiet, clean, and easily accessible. The service was good, and overall, we had a very relaxed, nice stay. I would definitely recommend this motel.

We rented three rooms which were quite adequate for our needs (Grandma, Grandpa, son and daughter in law, and daughter, plus their three kids, 6, 4, and 1.) Some sound transmission through the floor/ceiling: best ask for a second floor room. Carpets could use cleaning: our crawling baby ended up with very dirty knees. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location good.

Breakfast waffles were awesome when we woke up. Service was all friendly and helpful and the place was clean and tidy. Best of all had the most affordable room rates around in the area. Id recommend to family and friends for sure!!

My experience with this establishment was outstanding! As a bicycle tourist flying in from out of state, I needed special accommodation. The staff at the Bellingham Lodge remained flexible, allowing me to ship my bike to their facility. They were friendly and welcoming to boot!

The office staff were courteous and kind. The building and room had a unique odor. The pool and hot tub were out of service. The beds are not the most comfortable. A plus was the free waffle breakfast. One waffle per person. And free coffee!

We stayed one night, regretfully. Front desk attendant was rude. Called to report that our toilet wouldn't flush, he said he'd make a note of it, wasn't anything he could do. I asked for a refund or a room change - no to both. We slept in our clothes on top of the blankets on the bed. We were afraid to touch the floor without shoes. We were in the room for maybe 12 hours, yet were covered in BED BUG BITES from staying there. Just reading through reviews now and I see that 3 weeks ago someone stayed in room 132 and reported bed bugs... we stayed in 130!! Seriously AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place. Ick.
