Nice place to stay in Bellingham for business. Met all my needs during my stay.

Nice clean room, courteous desk reception. Breakfast had an array of tasty options. Easy access from freeway and airport.

A bit of a wait to check in, but understandable offseasin when the lobby is also the shuttle driver. Room was nice. Breakfast was average, but very nice to have.

We have stayed there often. Room 414 did not meet our expectations based on previous stays. Small room, very small hard pillows, no room in bathroom for toiletries.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that almond milk was available and that a frozen vegan meal could be purchased. It would be helpful to have more clearly labeled breakfast items for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. The staff tried to check ingredient information when asked, which I appreciated. The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, nice big parking lot and close to the freeway. All of the staff were really great to work with. It was clean, comfortable and easy to get to.

Our room was clean, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We utilized the hot tub which was clean and ready for use. Check in was easy, and I was able to get to my room and park with no issues. We also visited the attached restaurant twice and the food was amazing and so was sitting outside on the patio with the fire tables. We travel often and will return when there's another tournament...

Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean with great facilities. The location is really central as well to wherever you want to go.

There were no handicap rooms left so he asked if i would like to stay in a room right near the office desk. It was perfect and very quite. Easy access for me in and out. I very much appreciated it. I will stay here again each time i come to Bellingham to visit family.

The fastest check-in I’ve ever experienced at a hotel ever. This hotel is modern and clean. I was very impressed.

The room was clean but very cramped. Much larger rooms for the same & in the area. The pet floor seems to be the 4th floor. Our dog wasent having anything to do with that elevator as it honked and beeped which terrified the dog. They had to use the stairs each time the dog needed to go out. We won’t be back. What’s with that nasty stain in the shower?

Surprisingly pleasant overall. The room and common areas were very clean and well designed. Staff was professional, attentive and efficient at the front desk and restaurant. Rooms are large, quiet and updated. Pizza at hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious!

Room good. The whole facility is super clean. Really loved the restaurant/bar downstairs. It too was clean and new.

Very disappointing. I had to relay our beds myself. Requesting for extra towels was impossible, customer service was very poor to say the least. My kids were disappointed with the paid breakfast with not much variety. (We've experience much better in Bellingham) we made do with the gym and swim area.

We had a good nights sleep. Nice breakfast. Coffee was good although I’d like better cups. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Very clean.

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Only thing I would want different is the housekeepers to shut the doors quietly that they are cleaning as they shut very loudly

The hotel is like new since the remodel. Very clean, very nice environment. Everything except some of the Gen Z wingnut employees made the stay great. Can't blame the hotel for the asocial ****** they are forced to hire.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, great room, pool and hot tub area were great, very neat and clean. The facility as a whole was very conveniently located and our stay was exceptional.

We had the best New Year’s Eve celebration with our family here. Our toddler loved the pool, which was a warm temperature for us, parents, too!! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is our new favorite staycation spot!! Plus, I believe we just started a new family tradition!!

Lots of parking, felt safe, very quiet, friendly staff, easy check-in, comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast was pretty darn good - the layout is a little cramped but the variety and quality of the food was awesome.

Liked most aspects of hotel, but found the room quite noisy with room next door having TV on loud and late.

The bathroom shower did not have a door, the turn handle to turn shower on was broken, and last the bathroom was dusty. Otherwise room was great, room rate was excellent

Front Desk at check in was excellent. Lady was genuine and a dlight. The room...not so clean.

TV was not working in the room. Staff was helpful, polite, and accommodating, and moved us to an upgraded suite. Unfortunately the fridge was not working and our food spoiled. We just lived with it and didn't want to bother staff any more.

Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast bagels juice eggs sausage waffles yougurt and dont forget the coffee. The bed in our first room was broken went and told staff without hesitation they found us a new room and it eneded up being right across the hall. The pool was warm but slick pool coating was really smooth. Hot tub was amazing besides the fact the coating was cracking and in the hot tub.

Loved that the pool, jacuzzi and sauna was all working. Great choice of breakfast options

Everything was perfect , check in , late check out, clean room and the most comfiest bed!!! The owner was so helpful and had everything that I forgot! Toothbrush and charger !!!

Wonderful staff and super clean rooms. And free cookies at the desk! Thanks for the great weekend. Would be nice to have some other EV charging options. Old Tesla wall chargers are out dated and do not work well with other cars and or adapters. Nice amenities to have though.

Yes, the food is good. Customer service wise, it needs improvement. I can only count ones or twice when staff says hello or even acknowledge you. A smile is not expensive to give

Got checked in by two young gentleman, Max and another. Great customer service and they let us borrow some cards to enhance our experience. Leah, the bartender in the Chuckanut was awesome. She was quick, polite and very attentive. The housekeepers were polite and smiling while we passed by and the rooms were well kept.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while enjoying beautiful Bellingham. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and fairly exclusive to the Marriott brand due to the program benefits. I’m fairly picky and generally prefer the luxury Marriott brands for the amenities, but even so, we feel so grateful that we found and chose Springhill Suites Bellingham for this stay! Really nice place to stay. Breakfast options were pretty good. Had nice prepared breakfast sandwiches each day. The OJ was a bit thin one day. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle.

All very good. But you might consider replacing the mattress in 323. I visit Bellingham 3 times yearly and will be returning to your Hotel.

The Oxford was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I needed a place to stay near Peace Health St. Joseph Hospital, and I am glad I stayed here.

Asked for a quiet room. Received a room on the top floor (6th). We were very happy with the placement. No noise at all from the other guests nor the elevator. Hot tub jets were not functioning well at all, so we only went once briefly. We missed the happy hour on Saturday thinking we could go the next night, but we weren't told that there was not one on Sundays. Perhaps next time.

Love this hotel. Stayed there many times and never had a bad experience. In addition to the nice people who work there, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is a pool to wear out the kids, lots of parking, and its located near a shopping mall and Cornwall Park, and a short drive to I-5, restaurants, Western Washington U, a movie theater and the boardwalk.

Yes room was clean but water was way to hot it burnt my skin and it just kept getting hotter and hotter I couldn't take a decent shower I had to go to front counter 3 times because my card stop working but staff was great breakfast could have been better but I'm still grateful because we are currently homeless at the moment and it was better then staying in my car

The room is pretty dated, the carpet is old. Due to the dark color, I couldn't tell if it's clean. If you are looking for a very basic hotel room with minimum service, with decent price, this makes the cut.

Property is quite tired and a bit rough around the edges but reasonably clean. Furniture is very dated and uncomfortable.

Nice, spacious room Checkin was very smooth and the manager was very kind. The room was spacious and very nice. Some parts of the room are showing their age, particular several wall plug outlets.

The staff was non existent. Only showed up at 3:00 for check in pretty much. Wanted to charge an extra $25 for checking in early. Even though the gal actually told me the room was ready but they wanted to get the extra money. The whole place needs updating. The free Breakfast was basic but ok for your regular continental. Would not stay here again.

The staff and management were helpful and friendly, day and night. I appreciate that Lavissh is not owned by a huge motel chain. That it welcomes people with dogs.

Staff was pleasant upon checking in and out. Newer carpet and paint. But obviously this was a "lipstick on a pig" scenario. Still has old fixtures, complete with cigarette burns on the side of the plastic tub. Dark hallway was creepy. Very small elevator. Both pillows on my queen sized bed had someone else's hair on them. An excellent value. Simple rooms, but very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in town. The cost savings covered Uber rides to the bar/band we can to see. And a great coffee roaster right next door...great experience!

The price was good. We were cold. Not enough pillows for a king sized bed and blanket was not sufficient. My husband forgot his hat and when he called he was told lost items were only held for 24 hours. The free breakfast was really basic, yogurt, waffles, no eggs. The television was weird limited channels.

Room was good after we changed it to another room was bigger ans staff were good i just wish when we book with you guys find us the best and bette room in first place. We only deal with u guys and very happy thx

Staff was warm and engaging at Front Desk and in the lounge. Rooms are spacious but really need updating. Glass door separator on shower really should be 8-10” longer, floor gets soaked. Mattress in my room old, very uncomfortable. Love the fireplace and robes in the room. Excellent location can walk to shopping and restaurants.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever seen. That convenience is amazing. The service is great beautiful old historical building clean big room will definitely come back for the holidays. Parking was really easy. The bar was beautiful.

Rooms were okay, the breakfast was not good. The waffle batter was watery and chunks of batter in it and it was discoloured. The coffee was too strong and not fresh. No staff around to ask for help to report it. Didn’t go for breakfast the second morning we were there.

Went there with a friend for one night and chose this place because I booked this place before due to the proximity to shopping in Bellingham. Property conditions seems a bit run down. Beds, TV, and living room were fairly new and decent. Shower and toilet could be upgraded. Compared to last time here, the room amenities had dropped as well as the selection for breakfast from average to poor selections...

Overall staff was great. The only thing that was a problem for me was the sleeping arrangement. I have a disability that prevented me from having a good nights rest. I was up all night. I found the mattress very uncomfortable. The bathroom didn’t have necessary disability bars to help me get up and down.

The hotel room was reasonably clean and comfortable, with a high-floor good view. The front desk lady was kind enough to let us check in early around noon time in a rainy day on Oct 11. It was nice to use the waffle-maker to make some hot and fresh waffles for breakfast at the breakfast room. The coffee was hot and aromatic! My wife and I liked it!

Fix AC units, heat doesn't work, check the bed for bed bugs, last room was in, hard to get the lights turn on because light switch didn't work, another was rusty and hold up with electrical tape, a few roaches, need to be treated for all insects, overall the staff and community was great, sweet manager, the only one house keeper best of her abilities, sweet kind and kept up with the work

My room (smoking room) as requested was the 2nd floor farthest corner which was about 300 feet from the highway. No threshold under door so noise was constant, but I guess the price for wanting a smoking room.

This motel on the highway is a decent place to stay while passing through. The front desk was very welcoming. The room was a decent size and clean, though the sheets and bathroom weren't particularly clean, but just passable. It's a decent motel, fitting the bill.
