The Hilton is in a fantastic location, right by Esther Park and just a short walk to the waterfront. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bed was really comfortable!

Did have a homeless person going through the trash when we went out to smoke in the later hours. The overall stay was very pleasant for our trip. Allowed a needed break from the kiddos for mom and dad to relax.

The staff was excellent. I think it could be a five star but it needs a renovation. The chairs in the breakfast area are from the the 1980’s with wood and cloth. No cushions whatsoever left in them.

Everything about the stay was great! I needed to change to a two bed room and they made that happen with no fuss! My stay met my expectations and was overall enjoyable. The location was extremely convenient for my needs, as I needed to be close to downtown Vancouver. I did experience one issue—the stovetop in my suite did not work, so I wasn’t able to cook as planned. Because I was in town for work and had a busy schedule, I didn’t have time to address this with management during my stay.

The room was clean comfortable. The staff was very helpful- they made arrangements when we checked in to have us very close to our family members who also had rooms at the hotel. The pool was very clean and the kids enjoyed their swimming time!

We have stayed at this hotel many time and it is always great! We love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast and the kitchenette in the room make meals easy if we don’t want to go out. The only thing I’d change is that the mattress in our room has been super soft the last few times. Great for some but tough on my back. Over all, a great stay.

Simple easy spot… bed was loud just from laying on it, the noise woke me up a few times but other than that it was a fine stay.

Easy check-in. Non-smoking room as requested. No frills just a good place to relax on a road trip either two small dogs. Our pups were quite interested in all the smells in the room though, usually a sign it could be cleaner. No noise, no disturbances. We love Motel 6.

Great place for an extended stay! We only spent one night but it was comfortable enough to stay for several days. There's a kitchen, living room with a (unusable) fireplace, and comfortable bed. I can even imagine hosting a small gathering here! I hope the new owners update the decor and fix some minor aesthetic issues.

The layout of this hotel, sidewalks and condo like setting with nice plantings made the experience comfortable and feel like home (after traveling for over a week!). Overall very good, especially the breakfast. Only recommendation concerns the accessible room. Only one grab bar in the tub. Need more especially on the tub wall. My wife had a difficult time getting in and out. Also the beds were too high for short people with limited mobility. We had to use a step stool. Otherwise recommend this property.

Honestly- not sure how this place gets a 10/10… would rate a 5/10 at best. Stayed there 2 nights end of December in the main building, 2nd floor, booking a room that had a kitchen. My room smelled of old carpet and wet dog. The paint on the walls was peeling and visibly dirty. You can tell there is an attempt to keep the bathroom and linens clean. Sketchy neighborhood Being on a tight budget, I was pretty limited with my options. The room was pleasant and the staff was very helpful. I like the secured parking lot but was discouraged when I discovered that the gate to the parking lot was wedged open with rocks. The neighborhood is very sketchy so I didn't sleep very well thinking what was going to happen to my car.

The check-in process at the hotel was smooth, and I appreciated that parking was secured behind a gated area. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The sheets on the bed were stained with yellow marks, and it was clear they had either not been properly cleaned or were permanently stained. It was good for the price, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However the rooms were a bit dirty, and it was noisy. The security gate for parking doesn’t always work… and it’s really inconvenient that the key cards don’t work well on the gate. I mean you can’t beat the price… but I probably won’t stay here again.

The staff here are amazing. We feel completely safe here. It is a completely different environment from Just on the other side of the fence at Motel 6. Trust me, spend the extra.
