I reached the hotel by mistake looking for anthor hotel.... But the reception Narjes was soo nice lady she explained everything about the city and she answered all our questions.... At the end I cancelled my booking in the other hotel and stay in this hotel because of Narjes kindness..... The cost is unbeatable compared to the services you get.... The hotel is in the nice small park..... And the city...

It seems to me everything is perfect except from administrations’ attitude. They should be taught to how to talk with clients. There are table tennis, billiards and of course swimming pool. The price is also cheaper compared to other hotels which have same convenience and service.

The rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is modest (tea, instant coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage, sweet jam, and bread). Suitable for an overnight stay during a business trip. There are no nearby attractions. Prices are average. Overall, not bad for a regional center.

This family hotel was a very nice stay. The welcome was friendly and they prepared a meal for us although they fire say the restaurant was closed. The shashlik were excellent. We rented the pool for our family for 3 hours. We also ordered lunch here. The pool was amazing. The staff provided us with towels and a couple floaty pool toys. The pool doesn't have a shallow side though, the depth is about 6ft across the whole pool. The food service was very slow. And many menu options were not available. We placed a large order at 2pm. Food wasn't served till almost 4pm.

On a motorcyle run to Samarkand. We did an overnite at this hotel. The manager Nazira was accommodating and provided parking for our bikes. Rooms were clean. Water was hot. Shower/bathrooms clean n spotless. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Close to BBQs bar/restaurants and supermarkets. Bank and ATM walking distance. Highly recommend this place.

Cycling Uzbekistan. A very nice hotel in a good location close to shops, restaurants and the main square. Very clean room and comfortable bed. However, very expensive at USD 60 per night, hence the slightly lower rating.

We stayed with colleagues for 6 days, it's a new hotel. Very good quality, I recommend it to everyone.

The receptionist was a young Chinese child laborer, a bit rebellious and unfriendly. The Ctrip website listed breakfast as included, but there was nothing when I woke up. The room was so-so; poor value for money.

We can say that the hotel is one of the best hotels in Uzbekistan. The room is very cozy, clean, spacious with all amenities, meeting European standards. Wifi is very good, quickly connected. The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very tasty. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. We hope I'll come back and recommend to my friends.

The hotel is good. Located along the main road, it is noisy. The parking lot is small, only for 4-5 cars. The rooms are cozy, there is wi-fi, but for some reason it is weak, TV + 3 phones, it started to freeze. The shower is excellent, hot water is available around the clock. A 10-minute walk is an excellent cafe with Jizzakh samsa called "Sano". Prices are reasonable.

The quality does not match the price, it is expensive, the old hotel is noisy, there is a faint smell.

Small rooms. Very Basic. Friendly Staff and are very helpful. But very little English is spoken. Official currency exchange rate which is followed by hotel is very poor. Good places to eat are located very near to hotel. There is also a small mini mart nearby
