GRAND HOTEL UZBEKISTAN in Jizzakh

The Grand Hotel Uzbekistan is a beautiful part of the Jizzakh skyline, and is situated in a very nice park, in the center of the city. Unfortunately, its location and exterior are its only positives. Inside, the hotel is cramped, with low ceilings, poor lighting, and excessive heating. Rooms are relatively large, but have the same issues listed above and rock hard beds. The whole building appears to have not been renovated since its construction some time in the 1970s or 1980s. Service is acceptable but not ideal. The continental breakfast was a few items and plates that looked half cleaned. Overall, the Sharif Rashidov park outside the hotel is lovely to visit and walk around, but I would recommend a different hotel for you stay in Jizzakh

Recently we have been there, overall location is good, however very poor customer service !

I would give even below zero if it was possible. I am trying to connect with a hotel administration to ask very basic answer to my question as a very prestigious guests want to stay. I end up being transferred to another personal who was very rude. I don't understand why people keep visiting this hotel.

Terrible hotel, old already
We arrived late at night, the guy who worked at the reception was sleeping on the couch, okay, with whom it doesn’t happen, we thought, so he woke up and sat stupidly looking at us, it’s good and it’s possible that we ask you can see the suite and polo suite, what’s the difference since they themselves don't even know said it's impossible

There was no towel in the room at the reception, you can't get through. By the way, the pool did not work and it seems that it is there just for the sake of appearance. The only good thing was that when they corrected to iron things, they did not refuse and did it quickly. Other than that, I don't recommend this place at all. Evil, unfriendly people look at you like you are a wild animal. They don't know what service is.
