I stayed at the Everest Plaza Hotel. The hotel was modern and clean. My room was big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, and it was easy to go to many places. The breakfast was tasty.
I had a great time. This hotel was really great, and I want to stay here again

We stayed in various places across Uzbekistan, mostly in budget hostels that cost up to five times less than Everest Plaza — and honestly, many of them were more comfortable. They had working showers, electric sockets next to the beds, and felt better prepared overall. While the location here is beautiful and we appreciated getting a room early in the morning without prior booking, the overall experience didn’t meet the expectations for this price.

The first room smelled strongly of urine. They changed the room very quickly. Breakfast is tragic, there is not even water to drink. No vegetables. The bread is old and hard. For breakfast, only rice porridge and scrambled eggs, sausages. The service staff speaks only the local Uzbek language.The reception guy was the only one who spoke Russian.There is no coffee and the hot water machine is dangerous because I burned my fingers trying to pour water. No warning that the faucet is too hot to touch without additional protection.

Excellent modern hotel , very comfortable stay , friendly staff .

Excellent hotel. Everything is new and clean. The staff is responsive and hospitable. The location is super. Near a waterfall, forest, Christmas trees and a sanatorium.
