I reached the hotel by mistake looking for anthor hotel.... But the reception Narjes was soo nice lady she explained everything about the city and she answered all our questions.... At the end I cancelled my booking in the other hotel and stay in this hotel because of Narjes kindness..... The cost is unbeatable compared to the services you get.... The hotel is in the nice small park..... And the city...

The staff, the quality of the rooms, the breakfast are all professional. Will definitely be back...🙂

A good hotel at the level of the regional center. Breakfast is not bad. That's where the pros end. The restaurant is closed all day except in the morning. It seems to me everything is perfect except from administrations’ attitude. They should be taught to how to talk with clients. There are table tennis, billiards and of course swimming pool. The price is also cheaper compared to other hotels which have same convenience and service.

This family hotel was a very nice stay. The welcome was friendly and they prepared a meal for us although they fire say the restaurant was closed. The shashlik were excellent. The room was clean and agréable. The comfort was ok, with a bed on the firm side. Surprisingly, we have slept with no A/C, with just the window open; in the afternoon, the temperature was around 40C … but the best equipment of...

It's good neat and clean rooms , good service Food breakfast not bad . All local restaurants cafe also near .

We rented the pool for our family for 3 hours. We also ordered lunch here. The pool was amazing. The staff provided us with towels and a couple floaty pool toys. The pool doesn't have a shallow side though, the depth is about 6ft across the whole pool. The food service was very slow. And many menu options were not available. We placed a large order at 2pm. Food wasn't served till almost 4pm.

On a motorcyle run to Samarkand. We did an overnite at this hotel. The manager Nazira was accommodating and provided parking for our bikes. Rooms were clean. Water was hot. Shower/bathrooms clean n spotless. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Close to BBQs bar/restaurants and supermarkets. Bank and ATM walking distance. Highly recommend this place.

The room was very clean and new, and there was a restaurant on the first floor, which was very convenient! The food in the restaurant was superb! The barbecue was excellent!

Cycling Uzbekistan. A very nice hotel in a good location close to shops, restaurants and the main square. Very clean room and comfortable bed. However, very expensive at USD 60 per night, hence the slightly lower rating.

I stayed at the Everest Plaza Hotel. The hotel was modern and clean. My room was big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, and it was easy to go to many places. The breakfast was tasty. I had a great time. This hotel was really great, and I want to stay here again

Excellent hotel. Everything is new and clean. The staff is responsive and hospitable. The location is super. Near a waterfall, forest, Christmas trees and a sanatorium.

It's really great. The staff is all very friendly. They even made reservations for nearby restaurants. If you tell them in the morning, they'll even wake you up at the time you're leaving. I really liked everything. I wish you luck.

The quality does not match the price, it is expensive, the old hotel is noisy, there is a faint smell.

Small rooms. Very Basic. Friendly Staff and are very helpful. But very little English is spoken. Official currency exchange rate which is followed by hotel is very poor. Good places to eat are located very near to hotel. There is also a small mini mart nearby
