I am very pleased with the hospitality of this luxurious hotel.I would like to thank all the staff for their service which was excellent and pleasant .I also thank for Nazira at the front desk she worked at night and in the morning also, she looked so tired but she never stopped to smile Indeed, the hospitality of friendly people in Uzbekistan was outstanding. And cocktails was good if I'm not mistaken her name was Moniiso and Komla thank you for all and for this hotel

I stayed here for three nights and received excellent service from check in to check out. Nazira made the check in process easy and we were even allowed to enter the room earlier than 1400. We stayed in a twin bed with great views of the trade zone. Comfortable beds and plenty of outlets nearby. The lobby bar is exceptional offering a lot great drinks. Dilnoza was very nice to talk with and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the banana milkshake.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff “mrs dinoza and mrs mohim” were very friendly. The restaurant served delicious food with great service. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
