Food for lunch and dinner has to be ordered an hour in advance, but at least everything is homemade. Despite the high room rates, the food is well-priced.
Location of the hotel is a bit tricky. Hidden in an alley of the main road to the Charvark Reservoir, it was not easy to find taxis to move around. That said, the hotel is providing shuttle service, but for a high price.
The owner and staff were nice and welcoming. Swimming pool is pretty enjoyable!
Main pool was empty (too cold to swim anyway).
We were promised an indoor heated pool and sauna. It's in the basement and looks stunning.... HOWEVER.... it was SNOW COLD...and was never switched on. Which was the main reason for our visit and spoiled our time there. Hugely disappointing!!!!
