Zahid Inn Hotel in Tashkent

I stayed recently here recently for 4 days and would highly recommend it. The Manager, reception staffs are very supportive and would go an extra mile to offer exceptional service.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The food is delicious. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to escape the big city.

Cozy inn with two beautiful large courtyards full of vining plants and trees. It is quiet and peaceful which is perfect when you want to relax during the midday heat. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked well. I enjoyed the breakfast which included freshly cut fruit and vegetables, omelette and tea and coffee. Seems to be located in a suburban area, and it's about an 11-minute walk to the nearest subway station. But the streets nearby give you a sense of normal life here.

Pros of the hotel: - is located within 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. If you have a foreign card, use Yandex Go. The cost of a business-class car is 40,000 UZS. The nearest pick-up point is located if you walk straight to the barrier from the airport exit past a huge number of taxi touts whose prices are several times higher; - the reception is open 24 hours, we were met at 4 am; - very quiet (we had room 7, for three); - there is a cozy courtyard for breakfast with a gorgeous aroma of flowers; - you can find the phone number of the owner on the Internet, who answers all questions in messengers; - the room is small on one side, but there is enough space, since it is a bunk room. In the room: two single beds, a sofa bed, a table, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a kettle, lots of towels in the shower, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner; - a good breakfast: fried eggs with vegetables, porridge, sliced ​​vegetables, cheese, sausage, bread, fruit (melon and watermelon are excellent, the rest is not so), cottage cheese, sour cream, chocolate spread, tea, coffee. Cons of the hotel: - no drinking water in the room; - despite the presence of air conditioning, the air is stale, as if it is driven in a circle, and not taken from the street. It is stuffy on the second floor; - there is practically no natural light in the room (there is a window only on the second level, very narrow); - low railing on the second floor. You can easily fall down through carelessness and break. It is imperative to keep an eye on the children. We stopped for a few hours to sleep, and this is a very decent option for such a task. You can have breakfast until 11 o'clock.

Towels were fresh, rooms were more to the traditional side. The ambience was really nice, but tends to be abit loud when there’s people outside the courtyard (especially if your rooms are just right beside). Breakfast was superb!

Booked a two day stay at Zahid Inn.
Asked for a pickup at the airport. The driver Donijon (hope I spelled it right) was on time and trip was uneventful. He doesn't speak great English but his English is better than my Uzbek and Russian :). Had zero issues communicating with him
Rooms were large , comfortable and all amenities were in place and worked.
Breakfast was good and tasty and a special thank you to Irina who made vegetarian porridge on day and remembered it on day two as well.
Late night had some skewers which were really tasty.
No issues at all and a great introduction to Uzbekistan for a first time visitor.

Very convenient location - in the very center of the city, in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Tashkent. The hotel is very colorful and original. Decorated in the national Uzbek style. There is a cozy 'courtyard' in the fresh air, where you can sit with a bowl of green tea in the shade of the trees. The staff is professional and responsive: they will deliver hot coffee to your room in the morning, and recommend interesting places to visit, iconic restaurants, and, if desired, they will order and bring any food from delivery services to your room! Often on weekends, the hotel chef cooks something traditional and very tasty on the grill or in the tandoor on the open veranda and treats guests! I would especially like to note the quality of cleaning, both in the rooms and on the hotel grounds!

I sincerely enjoyed staying at Zahid and extended my stay.
All staff at Zahid are attentive, with limited English, they still tried their best to accommodate all my requests. Helped me arrange horse riding lessons, gather info of hiking trips and many. If you speak Russian, I bet you'll have many good conversations with them. The breakfast was delicious and the room was comfy. Also a playful cat lives in the inn which sometimes it'll follow you around. A slight improvement they could think about is to provide better toiletries.

A cozy mini-hotel. It is located in the center of Tashkent, but as soon as you turn into the alley, silence sets in. Delicious home-style breakfast. Attentive staff. Green courtyard. In the evening, guests are offered warm robes in the courtyard.
