Great location on the lake side that you can access by a small gate. Clean room, nice view if you take a room on lake side, comfortable bed, nice staff. It is quite pricey, even though it was low season...

Outstanding view to Charvack lake. Nice two pools, one with the pool bar. You can book also spa department, which has good Finnish sauna and indoors pool. Service was nice. “Night club” with Karaoke is in separate building, it does not disturb those who are sleeping.

Really lovely retreat hotel away from the bustle of Tashkent. Great bedroom views of snow capped mountains and plenty to explore. Staff very friendly and helpful. English a little limited but we managed perfectly with Google Translate! Excellent restaurant facility with the same great view and breakfast was very fulsome to keep you going. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is nice, with small but comfortable rooms. The resort has 4 swimming pools, including one for small children. There is a sauna as well. It has an AC charger for EVs. The breakfast is adequate, and the menu for lunch and dinner is fairly complete, with many choices. The prices are reasonable, but we found the wine list a bit steep. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days.

Coms: 1. Rooms for two people are too small 2. air circulation is really bad, it gets hot very easily, there’s no small window to keep open. 3. Main door has open hole at the bottom so you can hear anything on the hall like sound of walking. It’s really disturbing. 4. Internet was really bad (reception said it was just that day broken, but I don’t know if it’s right) Cons: nice location, overall area...

This is the case when the result is much more than expectation. The view from the villa was amazing. We were surprised at how big the living room in the villa was. The kitchen, the balcony, the rooms, all are maintained in a proper way. Clean, nothing is broken. The dishes, the microwave, and all kitchen stuff are functioning. The price for the accommodation is high. But this is the average price...

Very nice hotel in good localisation. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious breakfasts and dishes in menu. Very good service. Card payment possibility. Nice swiming pool. One negative is too loud repetiv music in bar.

Nice place to stay put of the city at a beautiful lake with mountain view. Very clean hotel and room including all facilities.

Overall the room is good. But the only downside is the kitchen. We waited 30 minutes for a regular salad, and we can say nothing about the food. The most important thing is the 20% service. For guests, the room is too expensive.

It's a 10 minute stroll from the hotel down to the lake. Big balconies with impressive view of the mountains and the lake. Dinner surprisingly tasty (Soup, salad, french fries, chicken with mushrooms, all right on). Too cold for the outdoor pool unfortunately on this October day.

We were with the family. The food is excellent. There is no problem with leisure - there is a gym, 1 tennis table and a football pitch. The pool is excellent. Wi-Fi is weak if you need it for work, a problem. The connection on the territory is stable, the Internet is weak. The garden is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and cozy. The atmosphere is calm. We had arrived to this resort on 15th of Feb for a short stay. Then we went to Amirsoy and had some fun. What I liked most is the location and views around it but of course there is always a room for improvement. When I come for a stay I always enjoy a good cup of coffee and enjoy the mountain view but unfortunately they had 3 in 1 coffee :( Other than that the room, hallway and everything is clean...

A wonderful location right in front of the reservoir so you have a very nice view the room that we got was spacious with all the facilities and quiet new you also have the possibility to get a bungalow you can reach with your car near by the room and than you need to park in the parking lot area the local staff was very helpful with the luggage and we also got a wallet service regarding the car the...

I had a nice short vacation here. The location and view from the room and balcony was amazing. Breakfast was okay, the pool was good but a bit crowded. Overall, a bit pricey but I enjoyed my stay.

Relaxing and quiet place, very good location in the mountains and lake area. Friendly staff. Good to spend time with family and friends.

Great location! Great service! Tasty food! Wine selection is good! Clean and comfortable cottages! Was visiting the resort with two other experienced travellers and we all found the place to be totally worth the price and visiting! Highly recommend!

Location is amazing with a nice view! Chalets are quite comfy, but some things could be better. Need to visit this place in summer to enjoy the view from the pool near chalets! Food is nice and tasty, stuff is working hard but the language shall be improved! Will recommend

A wonderful place I advise everyone to go there and not at a very expensive price, we will go there soon with the whole family I advise everyone to have a good holiday

Very good place. Clean air, beautiful nature, beautiful landscape, good cottages (shower, toilet, TV, bed, refrigerator, kettle, fan) next to 2 small pools, there is also a large pool. I don’t know about the numbers, but they say they’re not bad either.

five points for the retro feel :) imbued with the atmosphere of the eighties. slept on dusty mattresses that were abandoned by the pioneers of perestroika. one shower per floor. don't forget your slippers.

I was truly fortunate to stay at this wonderful hotel. The view from my room's balcony was breathtaking. I loved the breakfast, the tranquility, and the professionalism of the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Shams El-Din, Ms. Aziza, and all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. See you soon.

The suite is spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfasts are good. We stayed in September, so nothing was working on the grounds and the water was cold. But the grounds are large and beautiful, with plenty of room to explore.

Good day I really liked the clean air excellent staff especially food is very tasty all there is indoor and outdoor pools and there is a separate beach for women who would not say advise to visit at least once.

Location is perfect with the view of Charvak lake. Sherzod (host) is very helpful and kind. there's a AC/Heater in the room. They have games like chess, card etc.

Stayed here for 3 days/2 nights. The first two days, we were a bit dismayed as it was extremely foggy, so we weren't able to enjoy the view, but lo and behold... on our last day, it did not disappoint. Literally, heaven on Earth! Food is good. We really liked their tea. Services are also great. Heated water. Heater also available in the room. Very clean toilet. Nearest supermarket is around 20mins...

Nice place for the price that you are paying. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Also, they have cute cat "Vasiliy" 😀

Great place to relax by the mountains. Swimming pool is great. Bedrooms are old-fashioned.

Nice hotel with a lovey garden and a beautiful view. Free parking available on site. The rooms are spatious, but a bit run down. The staff don’t speak english, however they are very nice and friendly.

Great place for winter trip. Behind the big brown gate, resort seems to be quite secluded, separated from distant neighborhood. During Xmas holiday it was quite calm and peaceful, except regular wind blowing around. The staff here is very helpful and nice, you can ask for a meal at convenient time. You can even order it remotely using Telegram. For trips around definitely you need to have a car. There...
