A lot of pros:
1. Behavior (everyone is proactive to help you)
2. Cleanliness
3. Good breakfast (enough options for vegetarians too)
4. Perfect location (right in front of beach)

Also, special mention to Daphne Le Dong Hoi
for helping us by going out of the way. We had forgotten our jacket at Dong Hoi airport while returning back to India. She herself drove and got it for us. Thank you!

Stayed at this hotel on my way back from Phong Nha. The room and service was fantastic. Loc at the front desk really went out of his way to make a great experience including helping arrange laundry after hours so I could be ready for my early morning departure and helping us with a ride while grab taxi system was down! Would definitely stay again

Great experience staying here for 3 days. The buffet is great, though it's low-key boring after around 4 cycles of continuous eating. The air conditioner takes a pretty long time to cool the room, but just turn it on and leave it for a trip; then returning should fix the problem. TL;DR: There's a great beachside seafood restaurant on the opposite side of the street! Better try it out.

Even though the hotel rated 5 stars but I don’t think the experience was worth it. The room and staff service were great but the pool was really a disappointment. There is free breakfast but the food is not versatile and kind of boring. Overall, still a good place to stay if only you’re outgoing and travel outside the hotel a lot. One thing I like best is the beach view and that is all.

Overall, the hotel itself is clean and well maintained, but there’s a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallways and lobby that takes away from the experience. On the positive side, every staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant.

The hotel has a nice view of the beach, but unfortunately, the surrounding area is not very well kept—there is trash scattered along the beach and nearby areas, which is disappointing. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety and the food tasted good, but the quality could be better. I ended up with a bad stomachache and diarrhea after drinking the milk, which was concerning.

On the bright side, the location is convenient, with many nearby restaurants offering fresh and delicious seafood. It’s also a good base for sightseeing, being about a 45+ minute drive to Phong Nha–Kẻ Bàng National Park.

Overall, a comfortable stay thanks to the staff and location, but the cigarette smell, food quality, and litter around the beach definitely affect the experience.

This hotel is located on the beach/ ocean front of the city of Dong Hoi.

It's a big hotel with spacious rooms.

The view from the front facing rooms is also amazing.

The breakfast spread has less of vegetarian options,hence one should plan in advance.

The other facilities like pool,gym are good to try.

The pool is clean as well.

Start is courteous.

Near the hotel nothing else is available,one needs to walk a couple of kilometers to enjoy a nice meal or go shopping.

It's a very lovely hotel. It's right next to the sea and close to couple of good restaurants. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. It's a little bit far from Phong Nha, so if you do any tour, it's going to take two hours round trip at least totally.
