The room was quite small, with two wooden sofas and coffee tables. The sofas were essentially decorative, without cushions. There were no tables or chairs.
The cleanliness of the room and the bed was average. There were a lot of hair on the bed, and it looked like it hadn't been replaced. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and the bath towels were of poor quality. The air conditioner looked old, and while it worked fine, it lacked cleaning. The room had a strong air freshener aroma.
Try booking a room with a window so you can open it for fresh air. The surrounding area is not well developed, and there's no traffic, except for the annoying sound of a karaoke bar nearby.

Stayed 2 weeks here in ving tau. Very cheap, nice rooms, customer service was not friendly. Location is kinda far from everything, you gotta walk over 1 km to shops. Ocean is 5 min away

I booked a week here after covid 2 weeks ago, the ad stated 3 times there was a kitchen in the room, I come to find out there isn't one, I asked why? They said it didn't mention the kitchen, I showed them 3 x in the ad where it showed a kitchen. They tried to blame it on someone else, I asked for an upgrade then, they never even bothered to reply. I would avoid this place. Cannot be trusted

Nice staff, but ks a bit eel. I booked booking.com. I paid all the money, when I checked out of the room, I saw that the booking was told that the ks side canceled the room by themselves. Oh oh.. it's not fair to do business like that. Should subtract 2*

I booked this Hotel online and i called the lady (maybe owner) at the hotel if i can check in at at 1 PM. I showed up at 11 PM and she said I have to pay 100 VND for Thu Phu (processing fee or check-in fee or whatever). I have booked more than 500 hotels around the world. there is no processing fee for check in if u already pay online..I think she wants me to pay extra. it was a big turn off when she asked for 100 ngan VNd. I never book this hotel or recommend to a friend. It is only 100 and it is not worth it. You want people to come back so dont play dirty game like this

She said "because it is chinese new year and we have many clients and we did not have enough time" Is that acceptable? that is not an excuse. When i book a room, your job is to prepare the room and make sure it is ready for people. If it is not prepare then dont let people check in a bad smelly room like that. It is not acceptable.
This place is located far from Central of Vung Tau.. end of Thuy Van street and it is not a good place to stay. There are many hotels near Thuy Van Hotels..

Ks thi nam trong ket ko phai chung tam, ma lam vay thi ko dam o lan thu 2.... lam an chi biet loi truoc mat ko nghi ve sao khach co quay lai ko..
