The owner is super friendly, can check-in early, elevator available, room is clean but the toilet is too small that water splash all over the sink when you take baths. This place near the city center and the beach

Avoid at all cost! Not a serious owner. They have unannounced increased price more than triple the agreed price due to music festival. We have already agreed on weekend price which is double normal price. So we paid 1.6 million dong for one room compared to 400 thousand dong as agreed. Reception is messy. Toilet is super small. After shower the whole toilet is wet. No complementary water, tea or coffee, while paying alot like 3 star hotel, no cup or face towel, not even toilet paper holder. :) noisy. Located long in the ally, long from the beach.
Very disappointed and unhappy guests. We are family of 6 so ended up paying alot!
Heard from another guest - paying 2,5mil for the rooftop night with a mattress and mosquito net!

I stayed in March, the owner is friendly, hospitable, the room is clean, a bit mysterious because there is no window (because the house next door was built high and lost the window), near the sea, but there is one thing that makes me not satisfied. My heart is that I often turn off the air conditioner of the room when guests go out, come back from work and come back tired and meet a hot room again

It's been an perfect place for us! We were looking for a cheap and clean place close to the main beach. The rooms is exceptional clean and spatious. The staff was very friendly! We slept well, expect of the usual roster alert😉
