Lots of ants in the sink. Small rooms. Church bells go off at 430am. Sunday service starts at 430am and is crazy loud. Saw a rat in lobby. Front desk girls are nice and free laundry is a big plus.

This place is pretty nice, (as long as you do not book a room on the side of the building facing the church). I had two bad nights because of the early (noisy) ceremonies. Luckily, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, they transferred us to a room on the other side of the building. I could enjoy a great night’s sleep there.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. They have more than 1 location. One has small basic rooms for a cheap rate. I wanted to upgrade to the second location and the staff made it happen quickly and I was able to transfer my payment from the other location. Solid 7/10 for me. Location - best feature about this boutique hotel, you’re walking distance from everywhere. Room quality - depending on the price you’re willing to pay.. I booked a queen/basic room for a night and didnt enjoy it very much. 101 took forever to get hot water; doors and windows are flimsy and not secured; floor is dirty.. Anyway, worth a short stay to make your trip more convenient

Overall great experience 👍 Rooms are nice, staff is friendly and everything electronics works fine (aircon, internet...). Good shower as well. It's worth noting the hotel is next to a church so get ready for some bell ringing now and then 🔔⛪

Everything about this restaurant is great except food.

This s the 4th time we stay here. Value for money. Staffs r friendly. We love the breakfast buffet. Just cross the road to the beach. Watching beautiful sunrise & sunset from our room. Enjoy walking along the beach at night. Feeling at home.

For the price, the hotel is decent and clean. The breakfast buffet is not much of an experience, and the hotel is quite worn and really needs some attention. The pictures oversell the hotel wildly. Hotel staff are friendly.

The old sea view hotel is very comfortable

Although it's a bit far from Vung Tau city center, I'm very satisfied with the overall experience, including the price, staff friendliness, facilities, and breakfast. The breakfast, in particular, was neatly arranged and presented.

The location is very convenient for access to the beach as well as the cable cart to the zoo. Breakfast and pool access are a bonus.

Toom wasnt to my liking. Fair price but soo far away from the action its a metaphorical shot in the foot, staf where cool. Breakfast was cool too.

The decor is modern but comfortable, the outdoor pool is clean, and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Nice rooms at a fair price. Location is great and close proximity to the beach as well as many nice restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The land lady speaks great English. The rooms have all of the essentials and are well kept by an attentive cleaning lady.

Only a short walk to the back beach. The hotel is out dated with rooms below average in size , the door lock requires a key, not a door card. Helpful and friendly staff.

Good position and quality of interior furniture, helpful staff, average meal and services. Only an annoying, maybe from the system of drainage, is stinky smell from shower room.

I came back after a year. It's always clean, friendly, and wonderfully quiet. I rented a motorbike for 150,000 VND a day for three days and explored every corner of Vung Tau. There are barely any cars in Vung Tau, so it's perfect for riding a motorbike. The price is good, and the location, right in front of the beach, is unbeatable.

Great location and excellent service. The buffet breakfast is good, on par with hotels of the same price range. Rooms are clean, the mattress is on the firmer side which I enjoyed. The only downside is the lack of a pool which is still nice to have despite the distance to the shore.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Surprisingly, it was incredibly clean by Vietnamese standards (by European standards, it was just clean and tidy, as it should be). The staff speaks English. Excellent breakfasts, they even had delicious cheese. Overall, we really enjoyed everything. Thank you ❤️

Corporate hotel, I really liked everything. The room is spacious, has a large bathroom, tea and coffee, robes, everything you need. The breakfast buffet is varied and caters to every taste. On the downside, there was a strange smell in the room, and you could hear rats running along the ceiling or in the ventilation system.

Nice location along the main seafront of Vung Tàu Front Beach. Great spot for watching sunsets and people. Service at the cafe is not consistent and at times they need you to come get them. Location is this place’s best attribute.

It's a nice 3 star hotel. Friendly service by all the staff; reception, waitresses, cleaners, and security guard. Our room was very clean and spacious. Decent breakfast and they provided extra vegetarian food for us.

Got a early check in when arrive unlike some places which wants you to pay for early check in . Hotel seem big but outdated room can be hit or miss depends on your luck so far it's been ok just minor stuff
