My Le Hotel in Vung Tau

I stayed this hotel for 01 night with my family and friends on 6th Jan (Lunar New Year)
We booked totally 05 standard (twin/double) rooms and 01 family room (for 04 persons) but they did not offer a room for our driver.
The staffs did not have their own uniform and were not friendly enough.
The room was tiny and did not have any mineral water in room and the fridge was empty.
Bathroom, very disappointed! The heat water system ran out of hot water. I asked them then I got a replied that they use the solar heat water system, at night people take a shower much then they ran out of hot water. They asked us taking shower by the next morning!
Then we asked them to borrow a brass, we would boil water by a little machine (for boiling water to eat or drink some thing) that they offer in the room. But they told me that they did not have any clean brasses for clients to use! Oh My God!
Breakfast was too poor, only had 02 options to choose (Fried rice and noodle) there was not any buffet or professional staffs in the breakfast area, clients had to cried them from another room (kitchen) to order their meals. Without juice, only offer coffee and tea.
