The room was pretty poor. The air conditioning didn't cool at all... we had mosquitoes in the room, so we had to sleep with the mosquito net hanging from a nail on the wall and barely move. It was unclean and the bathroom smelled...

A rather gloomy and dirty place, full of various kinds of insects. It's worth mentioning that the lady who runs the hotel is open 24 hours a day, and if she can help you, she will. It's well located, close to the Imperial City and the train station.

Very damp rooms and moldy :-/
Definitely the worst stay on our trip through Vietnam.
Breakfast incl. Means a Banh with fried eggs and Coffee, but don't be wondering at this price.
It was ok for one stay, but no more.

Good location, but that's about it. Our room was very.... Damp. The mats outside the bathroom were soaking wet for apparently no reason. Had to sleep with clothes on because the sheets felt too damp to feel comfortable. Least enjoyable stay during my trip across Vietnam.
