This hotel at first was disappointing as nobody seemed to know where we were supposed to stay and tried to put us in the wrong room and the whole place was under construction…that being said…the staff WERE SO KIND and helpful. They had fairly priced beer downstairs and also went to save my gf when there were no grabs or taxis around where she was. There is a smell when you open the windows but thats due to the restaurant dumping salted fish nearby. Not the hotel’s fault. Overall it was a good value and the motorbike they rented us was an ok price but was actually decent quality unlike many bad quality ones you may find in SEA. Overall i would recommend this hotel to people and i think i just came at a poor time. Prepare to walk or grab somewhere though as good restaurants are quite far. I hope the area develops JUST A LITTLE bit more in the future to make this a more desirable location :)
PS the owner is very kind and made sure we got onto the bus to Da Lat at the end!

The owner is so helpful, nice, and friendly. Good location as you can travel convenniently both to the Phan Thiet City and the beach road.

The price for rooms at the hotel are more than reasonable, in addition hot water is actually hot, the wi-fi is top-tier, the facilities are in good shape, some (but not all) include a mosquito zapper. My only qualms are that the blankets are all one size too small so if you are sharing a bed you'll end up struggling for covers all night (or if you are tall deciding which part of you stay exposed) and the lack of an elevator which normally I'd not have an issue with but with how narrow the stairwells are it feels unsafe while carrying luggage.

The lady who runs this hotel is so nice and friendly. You really feel like home. U can even rent a scooter there so the location is no problems. Rooms are clean and satisfying. Would visit again!

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and comfy, and I felt like being home. However, it's quite far from the city center - you have to use the bike which can be rented from this hotel too. Worth the money.
