I do not recommend this place.

Just a disgusting attitude towards guests.

We planned a trip to this institution in July. We chose the place where to live for a long time. Booked on BookingCom. I received a booking confirmation from this object in the mail. I made a request for an advance payment, where to pay, so that we would be settled, to which I received an answer that payment must be made on the spot. OK

Further more interesting ...

We flew 5 hours, rounding off a little more, drove to the border, stood in a traffic jam for registration in the heat, we arrived for lunch, just when the sun rush hour, with two children.
We got to this hotel, which is called Anastasia.

We go into the dining room, since there is a service desk and a reception, we found out, until they asked, there are no administration identifiers.

I went up and said that I would be accommodated, we booked.
The girl tells me that there are no places, this is the daughter of the hostess.

He calls mom, and mom says in response that the booking com lives its own life and she is not responsible for them, what they place there.

Is it okay that she herself places an ad on the site and does it herself ?!

The children and I were not accommodated.

We stood in the heat, having flown in from Novosibirsk with children and in response to hear this, it's just a shock 😲.

And then the hostess herself canceled our reservation, writing that we did not show up.

How does it happen, letters from her came, there was a reservation - she canceled it.

Owners are rude and don't want to call again. You have to ask for towels. They don't clean themselves, you have to ask. The bathroom smells like a public toilet. The food is not tasty, there is no breakfast choice - porridge and tea. The sea is close, however, a river flows nearby, so it is muddy with natural debris (branches, leaves, etc.). In general, I do not recommend!
