We are resting here from 05/29/22 surprisingly the hotel was very pleased! Friendly staff, good menu in the dining room, excellent cleaning in the room. The hotel itself is on the beach, which is very nice. I was very pleased with the garden, a lot of different trees and shrubs. The scent is gorgeous! Located not in the city center. At the exit, only markets and a bunch of hotels and a narrow promenade, on which you can only walk sideways. The room is small and cozy. Good bed chairs, table, bathroom is not bad. Balcony also with chair and table and lovely sea view. The cabinet left much to be desired, because it constantly creaked. Hotel based on the former boarding house "Energetik" in Gagra. Spacious fenced area, access to the embankment. The beach is pebbly, the coastal strip is narrow. A great place, the grounds are a special treat – 6 stars. The service is also excellent; I only took off a star for the elevators – that's a shame, of course. Two elevators for 16 floors is nothing special. The food – we haven't seen anything like it even in Turkey, let alone Egypt – if it's possible to give it 7 stars))).

The territory is large and well-groomed. The view from the windows is good. Breakfast is suitable for many people. In general, a decent hotel. You can safely go here. We were on vacation for six days, during which time the room was cleaned, but the bed linen was not changed. The location is good, near the central market.

My friends and I stayed at the Orchid Hotel for a week. However, just one day was enough for us to fall in love with this place. We were greeted with a smile. We stayed from September 11-18, 2023. The hotel feels more like a hotel. It's located about 50 meters from the sea. The rooms are standard (shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer.
