We found a hotel on Booking, judging by the reviews and description, it was just perfect. Booked and arrived. I am alone with two children (2 and 5 years old). We paid 5 thousand rubles for 3 nights and paid a deposit of 3 thousand rubles (I have not seen this for a long time). We settled into the room. Surprised that it does not have a balcony, only a common terrace, from which the door to the room. The stairs for kids are a bit steep. We went to the sea, walked in a straight line for about 15 minutes, but the children were naturally tired. There are many shops and fruit stands along the way. The beach is relatively clean. In the evening we had dinner, went to the children's room, were glad that there were so many toys and entertainment for children and went to bed. At night, the son became ill, he vomited. I gathered the sheets and folded them in the room. After breakfast, I approached the hotel employee and asked to change the linen. I was sent to the laundry, the laundry said to look for a maid. When I found her, she said that she would not change her underwear, then I explained what had happened and she seemed to agree ... But then the most interesting thing began. She went to the director of the hotel and they met me on the street together and began to accuse me of spoiling their linen and having to wash it myself. I was shocked. This is the first time I've seen such an attitude. The maid described in colors how sick she was from all this and that I had to pay her money to wash my clothes ... I paid her 350 rubles (she asked for 200) and thought that this was the end of the situation, but no. There was absolutely no mood to stay at the hotel. I asked the hostess if it was possible to leave earlier. She agreed. We packed our things and went to her office. She refunded the money for 2 nights and went to check our room. I was calm, because we left the room in perfect order. A taxi arrived, we were waiting for the deposit to be returned. And then something happened, I thought it was some kind of bad movie. The hostess of the hotel brought a package with our dirty sheets and put it in my hands, saying that this was instead of a deposit ... I said that I didn’t need it. She followed me to the car and popped this bag. I didn't have words. I only asked her: "Do you need reviews at all?" To which she replied: "From people like you - no!" Curtain. I got into a taxi and cried. God, why did these people open a hotel for families with children if they hate people?! I have never seen such an attitude anywhere. Unfortunately, I can't write a review on booking, we booked directly, but I will definitely inform the support team so that they know who they are working with. Be careful.
We ate mainly in the cafe-restaurant at the hotel. Or on excursions. Prices are average, do not bite. We left tips every time - the waiters were very friendly. Delicious dishes, favorite latte and delicious milkshake "Rose" beckoned us to order them again and again))). The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful! We definitely want to come back! while we work!...
