"Eko-Papa" Hotel in Gudauta

Calm, comfortable hotel. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Linen changed 3 times in 2 weeks. Everything is new, clean and white. You can't drink water from the tap in the room, there is a separate tap (well) on the street. The staff is polite. The food is no frills but tasty, there is a choice. Wi-fi is everywhere in the hotel, but it is best to catch it near the reception. The territory is well-groomed, a lot of flowers, bushes, trees. Large pool, with a division into a children's pool - very cool when there are waves on the sea. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. You can use the beaches from the Papa Dom hotel and Apsny boarding house. If there are aqua shoes, then take them, if they are not, then you can buy them there (400 rubles). Shops along the way. Delicious shish kebab in the cafe "Bamboo". In the "Maria" store you can buy almost everything (payment both in cash and with the "MIR" card). Chacha, cognac "barberry" from grandparents (you will immediately recognize them).

Wishes:
- hang a sign of the name of the hotel;
- improve the tap with drinking water;

- make an hour before breakfast, and an hour later - dinner;

About staff:
- Galina and animator Zarina were warmly welcomed at the reception. Settled right away. The security guard helped with the luggage. One day my wife had a birthday - from the hotel they took me to the store for free to buy flowers and a cake. Compliment from the hotel - gave a bottle of wine!
- in the dining room - all the girls try to serve quickly.
- Thanks to the bartender Angela. At the bar you can pay in cash or with a MIR card;
- Special thanks to the animator Zarina "turns on" both children and adults. Board games, face painting, exercises in the morning, games in the pool during the day, quests and a disco in the evenings. On request, he can hold different games or put on the music he likes.
The overall impression of the hotel is positive!!!

Holidays with children are great. The hotel is clean, the pool is great, the food is good. Thanks to the animator Madina, well done, just a lighter. I went with my granddaughter, everything was great. I will have the opportunity to come again.

Travel from Moscow by car - 2 days. 1300 to Krasnodar in 14 hours and 360 km from Krasnodar to Gudauta in 9! We are the fourth time in our south, so the service was no longer expected. Impression is ok. The pool is big and clean. The territory is pleasant. The cases look good. Rooms - imagine a change house in the country, this is a room of 16 sq.m, upholstered in clapboard. The room has a shower, toilet, air conditioner. Upon arrival, they found that the condo was leaking, they fixed it the next day. Portions in the dining room are so normal for us. But it is very similar to dietary food. Not salty, not fried. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, porridge, casserole - take at least everything. For lunch and dinner, already choose: potatoes or buckwheat, chop or meatballs. Take beach towels with you, towels cannot be taken out of the territory. And you can put your own on the sun loungers on the territory of the hotel. Soap-ryl accessories are also their own. There is no hair dryer in the room. The area is wilderness) but we didn’t look for the norms, parties. Cows and horses walk the streets, look under your feet so as not to step on a mine. Sea 300 meters - no people. The wooden deck chairs you can use are three knocked down boards thrown on the rocks. There are no sunbeds from the hotel, but they say you can use from other hotels. Haven't tried it yet) There don't seem to be many other hotels, we saw 5 buildings while we were going to the sea.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The pool is large, the animator is engaged with children here. The food is excellent. I liked it very much, the sea is a five-minute walk away.

A good place, every day they take out the garbage from the rooms, change towels every 2 days, friendly staff, even very friendly, everyone wants to help, a large pool, there are not enough playgrounds and zones with at least horizontal bars, a small bar and not a lot of repairs are needed to get rid of at least burnt out banners, 3 meals a day, but without fanaticism, the food is generally not bad, but something is missing
There was also a not pleasant situation with the jeep excursion, we signed up from the hotel, the driver started drinking at lunchtime, in the evening, he was already swinging and could hardly stand on his feet, it's good that we arrived, but not to the end, he decided to warm us up drunk, like Yesterday there was a holiday in Abkhazia and he will have a tester on what he drank, and therefore he took to his friends so that they would deliver us for grandmothers - "divorced" since we had a hotel nearby and we went on foot, then he caught up with us by car , one couple seemed to be led and went - their hotel was far away ... so, like sit down, I'll take you, but I didn't really want to sit down to the drunk driver, and we still walked to the hotel. He also took us on an additional excursion, although it was not worth it.
In general, I am satisfied with everything, except for this excursion)
