Excellent and friendly hosts, comfortable living conditions. Peace and quiet around. Vedic temple nearby, mountains, bees, tangerines, cats and dogs 8) In general, everything that is needed for a person thinking about the meaning of life. I recommend to all healthy people and reasonable people 8)

We vacationed at Aitar in June 2025! Expectations and reality were a perfect match. It's easy to walk to the sea, and the beach is crystal clear! Delicious buffet cuisine, and the hotel's vast grounds offer plenty of space for evening strolls. There are also dance parties three times a week, a children's area, a playground, fountains with goldfish, and much more!

Excellent boarding house! Convenient location. Nice beach. Sun loungers are free. There are 2 cafes on the territory, 2 shops. Tour desk (prices are adequate). This is an option for those who do not want to go far and get all the amenities on the spot)

I liked the boarding house. Large landscaped area, lots of greenery. Peacocks live on the territory. There is animation for children, disco for adults in the evening. Buffet food, good selection and deliciously prepared. On the territory you can buy everything you need, juices, water, beer, wine, there are shops and a cafe. Beach next to sunbeds and umbrellas. We will definitely come again.

We did not see all the numbers, but this "number" deserves a negative rating with a minus sign. This place was used as a covid block and stands apart from all the buildings of the boarding house. There are a lot of staff living around. The room is critically dirty (see photo) and everything is absolutely falling apart. You cannot live in such a place. In fairness, there are other buildings at least...

Great inexpensive vacation. The main plus is the sea nearby, a good beach. For guests sun loungers, umbrellas, on the beach they always sell fresh berries, fruits, and the rest is standard beer, cocktails, khachapuri, ice cream, etc. We lived in building 3 (no meals). In the morning, instead of roosters, peacocks wake up😆, a little later singing soldiers start marching nearby from the military unit...

Good location, excellent service

Great hotel, even according to Russian "standards". The staff is friendly. It is clear that trying. Despite the simplicity of the delicious breakfasts from local ingredients. The only negative in the restaurant - Japanese cuisine.
