This is a nice, brand-new hotel. Only half of it is currently open, as that half is fully completed, while the other half is still under construction. The hotel is located right on the seafront, about 50 meters from the beach. The grounds are landscaped, with a fountain, benches, and palm trees.

We stayed in a standard superior room with a balcony and a sea view. We stopped hearing the noise from cars from Abzhui highway and the crowing of roosters from the private sector early in the morning on the second day of our stay.
