Good location, but far from the center of the city.

Vacationing there last summer. In General one can live. The food is hearty, the plumbing in the rooms barely alive. Very close to the sea, our balcony was overlooking the sea and mountains. The most wonderful thing here is the pool in the middle of the courtyard. Otherwise, it's a 3-star hotel. The rooms are cleaned every four days, which is a plus. However, there's no kettle or microwave in the rooms—not even one for the entire hotel. The location is just too far from the sea.

The hotel is located in the city center. Nearby there's a playground, a coffee shop with delicious desserts, and a grocery store. The hotel is clean. Two 0.5-liter bottles of water were provided upon check-in. There's a split-system air conditioner, a water heater in the bathroom, liquid soap, and shower gel. The bed is comfortable. There's an ironing board, iron, and a clothes dryer on the floor....

For me the location was perfect. Near everything I needed. The staff are extra friendly and helpful. Very clean room, sheets, towels. Very much recommended

The best hotel in Sukhum !!! New, clean, with comfortable rooms with everything you need. Polite staff, the hostess of the hotel is smart. The work is adjusted to 100. Mini hotel, friendly staff who are always ready to help and suggest. Cleaning in the room is of high quality, if desired, can be cleaned every day. The cleaning staff are very friendly. We stayed at the hotel on the 4th floor. At the moment we are with our family on vacation in this hotel. Very helpful staff, rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. The girls at the reception help resolve all issues. The embankment is a two-minute walk away. Nearby is a mini grocery store. There is a Sukhum supermarket within walking distance.

Accommodation for 5 days: from 25.04 to 01.05.2021. As you know, the retinue makes the king, or in our case, the wonderful manager Irina👸🏼: impathetic, open, friendly, tries to help with absolutely any question. It doesn't seem like a bad hotel. The main plus, it's over, that the sea is only 3-4 minutes. The downside is the prices (a little expensive asking) in August decently increase. I was there for 2 days (will go) for a long vacation, I would hardly have stopped.
