Hotel Konti in Corce

Had a memorable stay at Hotel Konti in Korçë recently, and I've got to say, the restaurant alone is worth writing home about! The dining room is absolutely stunning - they've done an amazing job with the interior design, featuring this gorgeous blend of teal blue walls, herringbone wooden floors, and these beautiful decorative screens with geometric patterns. The ceiling work is particularly elegant with its intricate moldings.

The food is a real standout. They serve up some seriously delicious dishes - I tried their traditional offerings including what looked like a beautifully prepared beef dish with roasted potatoes, some fresh börek (which was perfectly flaky!), and a variety of fresh salads. Everything was seasoned perfectly and you could tell the ingredients were quality. Their desserts and sauces also showed great attention to detail.

The location is pretty convenient - just a 20-minute stroll from central Korçë, and you can't miss it from the road. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking available, which is always a plus. They've also thought about entertainment - there's a spacious area for dancing in the middle of the restaurant with a good sound system that carries the music throughout the space without overwhelming diners.

Now, for the room experience - while they're adequately equipped, I should mention there was an issue with the hot water being out for several hours during my stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Another small hiccup was that the restrooms near the restaurant didn't have working locks, which should really be addressed.

Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was quite positive. The combination of excellent food, beautiful ambiance, and convenient location makes Hotel Konti a solid choice when visiting Korçë. Just keep in mind there might be a few maintenance details that need attention.

Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for the restaurant - but go in knowing it might have a few quirks that come with staying in a hotel in a smaller city.

A great stay at a great place )
A lovely hotel in a very strategic location.It takes just a few minutes walk to reach the old city of Korçë .The parking has a lot of space and you feel so safe in a busy city.They speak English ,you can pay by card.The room was little but so cosy and stylish with a nice terrace overlooking the mountains .The bathroom had all necessary toiletries and two towels as well.I found two extra warm blankets in the closet and the receptionist gave me an AC remote to make sure you keep warm in the room.Breakfast was included and it was more than sufficient.You may order coffee at the bar as well.The staff are very friendly and welcoming .The territory of the hotel is well-organised and comfortable.They also have an outdoor pool which you can use in summer.
The only drawback l would mention is WIFI work which was interrupted all the time in the room,though it worked fine in the restaurant.
