Very big hotel. Hd 3 super days here with my group. Enjoyed breakfast, lunch dinner. Conference room was good nd big for as, with delicious snacks. Swimming pool perfect ro relax after conference.Good breakfast and sufficent. Good spot in city center.

It looks giant from outside,and its even more big inside. Had 3 best days of my life here. We enjoyed breakfast,lunch dinner, and snacks in conference room. The rooms were big and clean. Staff spoke english and ready to help. We loved the pool in afternoon. Breakfast was really big and i loved the bio tea they made in pot. The city was small and very nice.Perfect spot of hotel in city center.

The reception staff were helpful especially with the parking situation, however it would be remiss of me to not highlight the state of the hotel in terms of facilties. All a little tired and broken, however for the price what would you expect. The photos no longer match as these were evidentally taken a long time ago and the condition has deteriorated. I didn't use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on those. But for the value, location, free parking and free breakfast you really cannot complain and this is exactly why I booked it, it's a pity that its becoming a little run down as it has so many bonuses to offer.

Completed hotel with good breakfast and coffe.Location very convenient in center you can walk everywhere in city. The rooms were clean and the staff speaks english. Good place for friends groups. I recomend it for korca city. The price was good for 3 persons

Nice hotel and spacious rooms.Breakfast was ok, with a lot of food and options.You can eat in restaourant or outside in the tarrace with view in center.Polite staff. Swimming pool was the best in this hot summer. Not crowded. Parking space available.

Been in Albania for 10 days and staying in 5 different hotels in the duration of my holiday and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in...... I don't recommend it at all.... Is filthy, luckily is just for one night otherwise noway.... Location is good... Good restaurants around the old bazar

Cozy and warm hotel with very good location. You can park the car infront of hotel, and walk to near shops or restaourants. Bazar is 2 minutes walk to enjoy. Spacious rooms and nice view in center. Breakfast has different food to choose and coffee

A total disappointment. We often go there with students during field trips but this time they overcharched. 15 euros per person for 4 meatballs, half a potato and cheese. The food was cold and tasteless. A total rip off! I definitely won't take my students there again.

We have just had an extremely unfortunate incident with the hotel manager Eriketa Koçollari. We came back to hotel and our teenage child went upstairs to the room. 5 minutes later when we also headed to the room Ms. Koçollari told us we couldn’t go upstairs and needed to wait until further notice. We tried to ask for the reason, she ignored us. I explained that our underage child is upstairs and we are concerned about her safety. She kept insisting that we need to wait for five minutes without further explanation. We went upstairs anyway, as we were seriously worried at this point and she tried to physically force me not to go. Luckily she didn’t touch me. Later, we went downstairs to request explanation for such an outrageous and unprofessional treatment of hotel guests. Instead of apologizing she started blaming us of being insensitive and comparing us to 20 other guests (there were two actually) who understood and we didn’t. As we turned away to head to the elevator she showed me her tongue and made a very disrespectful gesture. This was truly shocking. She shouted at us and told us that we don’t understand anything and “what’s the problem, I explained now. At that moment I was not in the mood to explain.” Extremely unprofessional, rude and disgusting behavior that should by no means be tolerated! The hotel itself is dark, outdated, not clean and quite uncomfortable. The doors seem to be very loose and there is no safety whatsoever. We didn’t book it ourselves, so had no idea what we were signing up for, but overall we don’t feel safe especially considering such a hostile and disrespectful attitude from the hotel management

Came for the beer festival and this hotel was perfectly situated right in between the festival and the local shops/restaurants and the city center. Very easy walking distance to literally anything you want! The rooms are very clean and updated so the stay was very comfortable. We were able to make reservations each night we were here at the restaurant within the hotel and the food and service are phenomenal. The main courtyard area provides a nice getaway from the busy city streets and overall a wonderful place to relax enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We spent four nights and were delighted with the service we received from the staff. Fantastic restaurant inside the hotel with delicious dishes and wines.I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant with excellent wines, authentic traditional but stylish designed, comfortable rooms with luxurious bathrooms and extensive breakfast buffet. Absolutely would recommend it.

We arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 for late night desserts and drinks to compliment the live music before the restaurant closed at 12am. It was not busy at all as there were only two tables, and the server demanded that we order main courses under the justification that they are a “restaurant and don’t serve only desserts.”

We were able to order 3 crème brûlées, 2 portocalopita, 1 steak and fries, and a bottle of water, and the check came out to 3700 lek.

In the end, the desserts were not fresh. The price was not worth the mediocre food and underwhelming service.

Beautifully presented, this restaurant and hotel is in the heart of Korca's market area. It is well renowned in the area, although over time I worry that they have rested on their laurels a little. During my most recent dining experience I was pleasantly surprised by the few customers, meaning I could have the best service and privacy. The appetizer of baked cheese with honey was AMAZING! Unfortunately the pork belly was undercooked, resulting in a grisly, chewy hunk of meat that I could not enjoy. The waiter noticed my dissatisfaction with the main course before I could address it, which was very attentive and appreciated.
