Extremely lovely hotel , each room consist of very adorable and unique design. If i can add some small feedbacks : lighting in corridors can be a bit more or numbers needs to be a bit more visible . Used my phone to read them . Pool is excellent and really relaxing but i wish it was bit more warmer . Salt room in front of Sauna was excellent ! Thank you so much ! Breakfast amazing and they specially did pancakes for my son , thanks to the personal . Also the main door at entrance could be changed as everybody was having trouble . Lol . Overall will book again , location excellent , great spa with food !

The stay was a total disappointment in all directions. First we found a dirty baby diaper on the suit when we just entered and I think that’s unexpected. The towels found on the bathroom were not “working “ as a towel should because of the cheap quality and not drying, considering paying +340€ per night on the presidential suite. The moment we decided to turn the wood chimney on the smoke striked inside the room instead outside and the whole room got asphyxiated and it took around 30 minutes for all the smoke to go away and all our belongings was stinking. One of the staff tried to help to re opened and find the problem but they did not, I assume there the chimney was un functional.

Despite all this, the whole hotel, every space, dinning area, corridors were stinking and asphyxiated by smoke as t was allowed to do it indoor. It was horriable to experience being surrounded by that smoke, eyes would burn, clothes and you would smell and it was unexeptable for kids. Considering this the best hotel in the area, I would not recommend and will never visit again.

The breakfast was lovely despite the smoke inside.

The location is perfect, the room had an amazing view. There were two sinks in the room and one of the faucets did not work. There was one small elevator for the whole building that would cause delays. Could not fit more than 4 people. The staff were nice but wouldn’t explain much about the place. It was my first time there and i had to ask a lot about a lot of things in order to navigate around. I stayed only for a night so i didn’t mind that much but some things need improvement.

Hotel is located in an amazing location and the hotel itself it’s top notch. The spa is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. If you’re coming to Korçe, don’t even think twice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa Korçë

I had an excellent stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa Korçë The staff were all very professional and welcoming, especially Gerlie, who made our experience truly memorable. She prepared a special hot chocolate for me and my friend, and she always greeted everyone with a warm smile and kind words. Her friendly attitude and outstanding service made us feel very comfortable and valued as guests.

I would definitely love to return to this hotel again with my family and friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a pleasant stay!

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa in Korçë, particularly regarding their spa services. I attempted to book treatments on three separate occasions, and each time I was refused for vague reasons. On my final attempt, I spent 45 minutes in the spa area, and it was clear that the therapist wasn’t working at all, despite claims of being fully booked. I believe I was refused service due to my sexual orientation, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. As for the hotel itself: • The room is spacious, but there’s nowhere to properly open a suitcase except on the floor, and the seating area is just two rudimentary chairs. • The swimming pool in the spa area is not heated as advertised. • The fitness area is essentially used as a storage room for folded beds and random furniture. • The only highlight was the breakfast, though I wish the service matched the quality of the food, as the staff were rather cold. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards or basic expectations of respect and hospitality. On top of that, after raising my concerns about this to the receptionist of the hotel, they had no shame to reach out Bookingcom and say we never show up to the property!! UNBELIEVABLE!

Hotel is located right in the center of the city and from the restaurant on the 5th floor you can enjoy both mountain and city views, including the famous Korca cathedral.
The daily breakfast was delicious traditional food which i loved. Overall i really enjoyed my experience
