Nice location but the servic needs improvement

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and has a private beach, which is definitely a plus. It’s a peaceful spot, good for relaxing by the sea.

However, there were a few things that made our stay less enjoyable. The staff, in general, were not very welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. Housekeeping also entered our room even when the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door, which was uncomfortable.

The restaurant service was slow and often unorganized.

Waiters seemed more focused on chatting with each other than paying attention to guests, and our orders were frequently wrong. There was little sense of responsibility when mistakes happened.

Rooms were quite small, especially for families with children.

The furniture was a bit outdated, and the bathrooms only had an overhead shower, which made it difficult to wash babies/kids.

Overall, the location and beach were lovely, but the hotel really needs to improve its customer service and facilities to offer a better guest experience

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and the ceiling was leaking. At 4 a.m. we were forced to leave the room and wait in the corridor for about 40 minutes until they finally gave us another room. Very disappointing experience.

The entrance hall smelled unpleasant. The rooms were just okay, but the walls were dirty and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting, filthy, and calcified. It was unimaginable. The elevators were filthy too, covered in strange burnt-in stains, making loud broken noises whenever someone stepped inside. One guest even got stuck in one. 😷 Instead of a proper blanket, we were given a large bed sheet, even though it got quite chilly at night. In the closet there were so-called “decorative” bed covers, but no real blankets to use. Our bed sheet had rust stains, and instead of replacing it, the staff just repositioned it so the stain was hidden at the bottom of the bed. The cleaning staff are clearly underpaid and don’t have the resources they need. I had to ask for towels, and the poor woman apologized because there weren’t enough. She eventually managed to bring me some new ones. The bathrooms were so filthy and calcified that it was impossible to clean them anymore. The toilet was disgusting, and the toilet seat was unstable and full of white stains. The shower, sink, and faucets were a nightmare. The walls were dirty and the vents were covered in dust. The only thing that worked properly was the air conditioning, which cooled the room well. Breakfast was nothing special. The vegetables were sometimes from the previous day, and there were no options for vegetarians. Leftover mini böreks were served again the next morning. Plates were chipped or broken, and the dining chairs were stained and always covered in crumbs. In the outdoor restaurant area, all the waiters were very young (around 18–22 years old), most likely underpaid and visibly depressed, with no sense of cleanliness or order. The tablecloths had dust stains from previous plates. When we asked to have one changed, the staff looked at us in disbelief and claimed it was clean. I had to scratch the dust off myself. The new tablecloth they brought had orange stains on it. We no longer had the energy to argue. The food did not taste good, and we were repeatedly overcharged. There was no refund when we asked to end our stay early due to the unbearable conditions—we were forced to endure the few days we had booked. On our last evening, the restaurant was full, and we managed to find a recently vacated table. The same waitress to whom we had given feedback about the tablecloth deliberately ignored us for 30 minutes. We had to repeatedly raise our hands and call out loudly for them to clear the dirty plates with leftover food and to take our order. The staff’s attitude and mentality were shocking, nobody cared, nobody felt responsible, and they simply ignored guests. We finally stood up and left. Almost everyone there seemed to try to cheat visitors out of a few cents or euros, whether it was for an ice cream scoop (which we paid a different price for every time) or at dinner with drinks and wine. I was disappointed with the service at the front desk, especially the lady who checked us in. Her behavior was extremely rude, and I believe she needs further training or should be let go. This experience alone would deter me from returning or recommending this hotel. On a positive note, the kitchen staff are friendly, and the food is delicious, although I'm not convinced it's worth the all-inclusive price. The beach is lovely, with clean water. With better management, this hotel could reach its full potential.

I’m only giving 5 stars to the beach. The sea was dirty every day, it wasn’t suitable for swimming. On the beach, the bathrooms were far away and very dirty; the same was true at the hotel – the bathrooms were very dirty and unpleasant. The hotel: extremely rundown, not clean, and the common areas were very dirty (reception, elevators, dining room). Reception: dreadful. The staff didn’t know how to greet guests and constantly looked at you with disgust. They spent the whole day on their phones watching videos. The room: it was cleaned every day, but the bathroom had a horrible smell. The all-inclusive service: left a lot to be desired. The food was scarce and tasted bad. I’d like to highlight the watermelon, melon, and trileqe which were very good, but the rest of the food was poor quality. The fruit like nectarines and kiwis was rotten. The kitchen staff: terrible. They barely worked, very lazy, and were not attentive to refilling food. You constantly had to ask them to restock both the food and missing cutlery and plates. I want to highlight three female employees who were very friendly and seemed to care a bit, but the rest were not fit to work. Most of the staff were very young and had no idea what running a business means. To top off this bad experience: this 5-star hotel and “resort” is a scam. It doesn't deserve any stars or the title of resort – it’s nothing like what’s advertised. A hotel with such poor staff and so few guests is bound to fail. The manager seemed very nice, as I spoke with her several times, and I could tell she was overwhelmed because her staff were really inexperienced and, frankly, very lazy. The advertising on their website and social media is misleading. None of the photos are real – it’s all fake. I was misled by the pictures. It has nothing to do with reality. They only show photos of the à la carte restaurant, because the all-inclusive restaurant is ugly and dirty. I’m sure even prison cafeterias look better. The hotel is divided into two areas: one where you can eat "à la carte" if you’re willing to pay a fortune, or the all-inclusive side, which is a joke. Even the most basic breakfast items were missing no warm milk, the drinks were awful and full of sugar. The bar coffee was good, but the bar itself was so filthy I’d never seen anything like it in my life. I will never return to this place. I basically threw my money in the trash. Albania still has a long way to go – they need to learn what tourism is really about, starting with welcoming guests with a smile and not being so rude. And before booking, make sure to read all the reviews carefully, because I didn’t, and I regret it, I only trusted the social media. I hope this helps you.
