🚫 STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

We booked a 3-star apartment through Booking.com for 2 adults and 2 kids. A few days before arrival, we called to ask if we could also bring our relatives’ 2 kids (ages 8 and 14). The owner agreed without any problem.
When we arrived, she greeted my husband but ignored me completely. Then, she took my phone under the excuse of "checking the booking confirmation." While her son was playing with my phone, a cancellation email suddenly appeared — the reservation had been cancelled without my consent.It became clear this was a deliberate trick to cancel the official reservation so she could take cash and avoid paying any commission to Booking.com.

We were forced to pay in cash, including extra money for the additional kids. She claimed it was "a special deal."

The apartment we received was disgusting and completely unacceptable:

Dirty, stained carpet

No handles on furniture

Bathroom full of filth: yellow urine stains around the toilet, exposed broken plastic parts in the shower, shower seat for disabled people.

No cutlery, old dusty dishes, dirty kitchen with beer cans left by someone else

Personal family photos and decorations — as if we were staying in someone's private junk room

Promised extra mattress arrived hours late, left at the door close to midnight after repeated requests

The owner greeted my husband politely but ignored me completely – extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the start.

This whole setup felt like a scam – cancel the reservation behind your back, take your cash, and give you the worst possible room.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but this was by far the most dishonest and uncomfortable experience.

Do yourself a favor – stay away from this place. It should be reported and removed from all booking platforms. The restaurant has no menu at all. The owner “says the prices and meals from her head.” Totally unprofessional.

And again – BE CAREFUL WITH THE REVIEWS. I believe many are fake or manipulated. There are no negative reviews, which is impossible for any real business.

This felt like a full-on scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not at all what is on the pictures. The room was not good , no rails for the second floor on the bunk bed. Next to a swamp,so you are eaten alive by mosquitoes. The pool has so much chemical that it hurts your mosquito wounds when you get in. I am sure they are pumping the water from the swamp becouse when we lost electricity for 20 min we also didn't have water. My advice avoid and avoid Albania all together
