To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage. Last Rafaelo Deluxe with highest standards and SPA etc. (Executive can use SPA too). We where in the Executive Hotel and everything was fine.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfeast was very good.

the rooms were very clean. the staff was always very helpful and they were always there if we needed anything. the food was delicious, sometimes a little too spicy. the hotel is right next to the beach which was very important to us. we hope to visit Shëngjin and the Frojd Hotel again. :)

Amazing view, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. However there were a few issues that did let it down in my view, firstly the lift needs updating as it is more of a death trap as the doors just seemed to shut and the sensors didn't seem to work. Secondly there were a lot of small damaged items in the room such as damaged shower head and no hot water during one of the evenings...

One of a kind hotel Amare at this location with 2 pools, great service, awesome and always smiling staff to highlight the one unique staff member Aldi, very knowledgeable and familiar with everything, he was all over the place helping visitors with restaurant and almost everything in and out of the hotel.

I believe it is one of the best hotels in the area. The location, view, and services are outstanding. Our room with a balcony faced the ocean, unbelievable view. So this is my first time in Albania and it was the best introduction I’ve had to country ever! The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are the best and nicest human beings you could meet in your life. Damian, the manager, is by far the best hotel manager I’ve been in contact with. Hotel is very close to the beach. The breakfast had many options and was fresh every day. The room was nice and clean. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitively would visit again.

Good Breakfast, Quiet, Big Room, Bed was comfortable. When i lost my phone the personal was really helpful. They also drove us to a beach that was some distance away. Had a great stay here !

The hotel and the complex itself are great, it's clean and tidy but if you walk a bit further you can see a lot of dirt and trash on the beach.

We had lovely 10 days in Hotel Adria. The place looks pretty good and the room was nice and clean. The hosts and owners are fantastic, they took care of our every need and were more then friendly every day. We recommend Hotel Adria full-hardheartedly!

Our first stay in Albania and we were made to feel like we were family Shebra and Luca were lovely. They welcomed us with free beers, gave us a tour of the on-site museum and a taste of his fabulous raki. It was only a short walk to the beach and it was nice to be away from the hustle of the sea front. Definitely recommend.

We stopped here for dinner on our journey through Albania to Greece and must say the Spaghetti carbonara we had was superb and good value. We had a lovely stay! The service was incredible. Everyone was generous, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced! The risotto with shrimp and vegetables was fantastic. The rice was perfectly al dente and the shrimp and zucchini were an awesome and creative combination to have in it.

This is for Aragosta 2 - same owners, the hotel is vis-a-vis the road. The room was clean with everything you need. The family was VERY nice and allowed extra wishes. It is very cheap, so if you want to save money and get a clean bed with bathroom, this is the place to be.

This resort has a brilliant position on a sandy beach and 4 types of pool suitable for children and adults. All inclusive meals are great value. Some days there is a great choice of fish and vegetarian as well as pasta and meat options. Lots of staff who are very keen to help and fix problems. It faces south so there is sun all day both on the patio areas and the beach.

Very spacious room, CLEAN, safe and free parking space and all the rooms are equipped with everything needed inside to have a great relaxation just 2 minutes away of the coast of Albania. Very nice staff. Very close to the sandy beach, approximately 150m. Spacious room and very clean. Sheet and towels changed every three days. Continental breakfast is very good. Parking lot below the building. Nice bar&restaurant. Food was delicious and really affordable. We were pleasantly surprised with everything. We will definitely come back.
