This place is phenomenal. Amazing hospitality - very quiet, free parking, beautiful view from the sea, the fig trees etc. Maria is so amazing she made us morning donuts and coffee. We will be back for sure! Great location if you want to hop around beaches - Qeparo is a more quiet and family friendly beach - you can go to Himare and be there in 20 min tops. We absolutely enjoyed the room, the property and best of all, the hospitality! Thank you so much for your kindness and we wish you the best! We will see you next time we visit the beach in Albania.

A wonderful place to stay, short and long. Truly genuine hospitality by the owner-family, clean, spacious and well-equipped room (stayed in Mimoze), private balcony, seaview, on-site parking and a lovely short walk (off any street) to the promenade and beach. Bring a torch for the night! Several lovely turqoise coves nearby. Highly (!) recommend to stay with Maria, Mihal and Eva!

The best place i have stayed in Albania. A true example of albanian hospitality and the hosts are the kindest people. Will definitly be back 🤍🤍 so much love for Eva and her parents

There is a road below with hearable cars passing under.
Internet is good for viewing pages and low res videos, but not very responsive for video or voice calls. Better to use mobile data.

We have been in this hotel and we are so pleased and happy with our stay!! The atmosphere is so relaxing, it was magnificent. The rooms were extremely clean, and the owners were very respectful.

The house is very close to the sea, and the place is in the perfect spot to explore the area around.

We would definitely visit the hotel again and totally recommend this accommodation!!

Beautiful view overlooking the sea and the mountains, nice terrace and garden with delicious grapes and figs. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, for everything you need. Hosts are very hospitable and friendly! Recommended

A great place to stay in Qeparo. A quiet house off the beaten track with hospitable and helpful owners. Large and clean rooms with balconies. Very well-kept surroundings with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Located on the road, which will take you to many interesting places in the area (the Seranda - Vlora road is a separate attraction). To the beach 5 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car to the market.
