A wonderful place to stay, short and long. Truly genuine hospitality by the owner-family, clean, spacious and well-equipped room (stayed in Mimoze), private balcony, seaview, on-site parking and a lovely short walk (off any street) to the promenade and beach. Bring a torch for the night! Several lovely turqoise coves nearby. Highly (!) recommend to stay with Maria, Mihal and Eva!

Warm home and local atmosphere comparing to hotels. Great view. We were greatly cared for by the owners. Definitely recommend if you look for kind place. There is a road below with hearable cars passing under. Internet is good for viewing pages and low res videos, but not very responsive for video or voice calls. Better to use mobile data.

We have been in this hotel and we are so pleased and happy with our stay!! The atmosphere is so relaxing, it was magnificent. The rooms were extremely clean, and the owners were very respectful. The house is very close to the sea, and the place is in the perfect spot to explore the area around. We would definitely visit the hotel again and totally recommend this accommodation!!

A beautiful and peaceful place, with beautiful inner courtyard with a truly lovely atmosphere. The people are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. And the food is excellent, including some very good traditional Albanian dishes. Quietly located, yet just a few steps from the beach. You'll love this place!

One of the best places to stay in for families and friends. Delicious food, super- nice owners, beautiful wooden houses with the view on the sea, very nice garden to spend time in the evening. A great place to stay. Off-road parking for our motorbike. Staff are real friendly and helpful and it’s only a very short walk to the restaurants and the beach. The guesthouse has great rooms and awesome views of the surrounding area. Would recommend staying here.

Modern, simple accommodation close to stunning local beaches. The balcony offers an amazing sunset view, and the host, Theodora, is extremely kind and welcoming. Private parking is also available, which makes the stay even more convenient.

Basic cheap pension in front of potimi beach. Rooms are ok with the minimum equipment and good A/C even if a bit noisy inside (due to water pipes, fridge), which is a shame cause the hotel is quite protected from the numerous bars and very active nightlife of himare. Staff was cool and helpful. Location is good even if the road to access could be in a better shape.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I had an amazing month here and Toni runs this place brilliantly. The garden terrace area is beautiful and a calm place to sit or work or have a meal. And the meals - fantastic! Hi highly recommend visiting.

There are few places in Himare and all the coast which offer clean, cozy and great service for both families and groups. This is a family run business which works like a very efficient hotel. Underground parking keeping your car fresh in the summer heat (as you won’t need it as a great beach is 5 min walk from the hotel). Incredible guest house! Toni and his staff are extremely nice people. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. He offers great bbq dinner and also the breakfast is very good. The best part though are the olive trees, lemon trees and the tomatoes just next to you.

The Solive Guest House is perfectly situated near the beach in its own garden where they grow fresh vegetables. Tony is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the water is hot and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and evening meals are well worth ordering. They can serve fresh fish, vegetarian meals and traditional Albanian dishes such Tave Kosi. we would love to return.

The hotel is in a very good location. 5 minutes walk and you are in the city. The hotel is run by a very friendly family who are always ready to help with advice and tips for the best beaches. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is the best, there is always delicious food for children and adults.We will be coming again next year.

This is our 5th year of going here on vacation. Eleni and her family are the best thing that can happen to you in Saranda to meet them. This is a family like no other. A family in the right place that takes you as a member of their family. We are happy to go here and will continue to go. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Lovely family-run hotel with an amazing sea view. The breakfasts were great and the whole place felt really cozy. It’s a bit outside the city center, but for us that was a big plus — we could actually get some good sleep. The beach is about 1.5 km away, so you do need to walk a bit, but honestly, with the great service and price, it didn’t bother us at all.

Wonderful stay at Eleni Apartments! I had an amazing experience here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed m, equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with sea views. I loved the location the most. Steps to central area, close to the castle. Parking right in front of the hotel. Room was relatively clean, found long hair on the bathroom floor. I didn't like the "superior" room. I asked for a double or queen bed but I got another single bed too. No room to turn around. The single bed was the only option to use for my luggage. We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were clean (could be a bit more spacious), with a nice view also not too far from the beach and other restaurants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast selection, they could offer more variety.

Super nice family run apartments! Especially the son is very helpful and speaks good english. my friend had an accident with his scooter and the boy organised a workshop. Restaurants are all around and it’s not far walk to the beach. definitely a recommendation!

Nice Vila. Rooms are pretty clean, owners are nice and beach is very close (about 5min walking). Only downsides is that toilet is very small and don't have enough electricity sockets (especially on the terrace). Free wi-fi is solid, about 80d/30u.

Great hotel, the rooms are decent, there is a yard where you can enjoy your lunch and do a barbeque. The beaches are close by, 20-30 meters away.

Villa isn't 40 meters from the beach like it was promoted. You have two rows of hotels and Vilas between Bushati and the beach ⛱️. There is no public beach in Ksamil so you have to pay 10 to 25 € just to enter the beach. The beaches are not with natural sand. It is ground granite, marble, and travertine, so it is painful to step on it. Because of the artificial beach, the water is not clean, and if...

There were few malfunctions in the room, the light bulb wasn't working good, the fridge sometimes worked, sometimes not, there wasn't always hot water, especially in the evenings, when everybody comes back from the beach.
