Views are incredible. Room was clean. No AC despite advertising they have it. The thermostat is locked at 24C. Staff says we have to sleep with the windows open and it will cool down. Despite 16-17c at night room stayed 24. Couldn’t sleep at all with the noise, cats dogs, music going all night.

We booked the suite for two days but left after the first to find anywhere else. Terrible place to stay. Unfortunate since the location and views are really good.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! HORRIBLE!! The rooms may look cool, but that’s all this place has going for it. They advertise climate controlled rooms- that’s a lie, it’s locked and when we asked they said we aren’t allowed to control the temps. It was 76° in our room. We opened our windows only to hear the loud music and animals fighting all night. They advertise their amazing restaurant- also a lie as it’s NOT OPEN EVER except for their breakfast and it’s a small buffet. The shower didn’t work. The bed is uncomfortable. They refused to help or give ANY amount of refund. Just do yourself a favor and book ANYWHERE else.

This hotel is indeed a paradise with serene surroundings and comprehensive amenities. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor and incredible sea views. The staff were amazing, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We stayed 1 night with my family of 7 people.
The Staff was very friendly and hard working and one of them was Marjan he was very friendly and nice. The food was excellent and very delicious we also had access to the Pool. The go cart was very fast from the Hotel to the Beach and the sun beds came with the Hotel at the Beach. The Parking spot was very big.
OVERALL: Excellent Hotel

The conditions in the rooms and the service are perfect. The kitchen and the swimming pools are clean and tidy at all hours of the day. Come and enjoy the cooking of Chef Eliani, who has several years of experience at home and abroad. Cooking for him is not just a profession but also a passion. Communication and relations with the staff are very good.

It was a great service, from the room view, the parking spot, the swimming pool, the staff. Exelent
Our small dog enjoy a loot the grass at the entrance and is pet allowed without paying extra.
The restaurant was great and the presentation and taste was impeccable.
They pay a loot of details in the breakfast continental buffet.
Also was very kind for the service from the hotel to their beach, a baggy for transportation and towels.
Definitely will be my spot for this summer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and clean. The rooms are perfect , enough space in the wardrobe, nice balcony. The rooms are perfectly clean. This hotel is perfect for kids as they enjoy their time in the pool after a long day in the beach

Hotel is good, but failed upon arrival
When booking, a double bed and two single beds were indicated, when arriving at the hotel there was literally only one double bed. When asking at reception it was said that the beds would be assembled. When they were assembled, they were not beds but rather an improvised structure for a mattress. Not to mention that it should already be ready upon arrival. For the price paid, the minimum would be beds and the room ready. Even the towels were not there.

All the staff were very kind and very communicative. Clean hotel with 24 hour service, quiet, kitchen that responded to customer requirements. It was definitely one of the best hotels in Dhërmi, so I would highly recommend it. Nice stay!😊
