I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Aross! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, well-arranged, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel’s location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are very friendly, especially the Filipina staff member who is always smiling and welcoming. The food is delicious, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning. 😍

An amazing experience in every aspect! Aross Hotel & SPA with its stunning sea view is simply breathtaking – every morning you wake up to a panorama that leaves you speechless. The cleanliness is at the highest level, everything perfectly arranged and well-maintained, giving you a true sense of peace and comfort. The receptionists are always available in 3 shifts, friendly and dedicated to assisting at any time. A perfect destination for a luxurious and relaxing holiday.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. What really stood out to me was the incredible multinational team — everyone was so friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It’s clear that they really care about their guests. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely be back soon

A disgrace. Hotel Aross in Vlorë sold as a 5-star hotel? It's a joke. Half-board is compulsory at a pizzeria across the street: pizzas, pasta, burgers... every day for 15 days. No spa, no service worthy of the name. Voyage Privé shut down the complaint without even responding. A tourist trap to be avoided at all costs.

They advertise a spa, pool, and sauna—all of which were completely shut down when we arrived. No warning, no explanation, no apology. Just blatant false advertising.
The restaurant is a joke. Our package included breakfast and dinner, but for dinner, they hand you a menu where almost everything is unavailable. The only thing you actually end up getting is pizza. No soup, no salad, no dessert—just pizza, every night. Pathetic for a so-called 5-star hotel.
As for the staff—the majority are rude, unhelpful, and make you feel like you're bothering them for simply asking for basic service. They make no effort to assist and often respond with annoyed expressions. There are maybe one or two staff members who are polite and try to help, but they’re the exception, not the rule.
This hotel is a total misrepresentation of what it claims to be. It is nowhere near 5 stars—more like 2 stars on a good day. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Food is decent, but don’t expect something extraordinary. In the comparable price range you can find lots of restorants in the area, including Takas which is right next to or. My biggest complaint is the stuff. I’ve never seen such unfriendly and scammy employees in a touristy place. It takes ages for them to come and serve you, once they do they don’t even wait to take your order, they just turn and run away, not even sure they understood what you ordered (keep in mind that English is not a given here). The waiter brought me the wrong order, then argued with me that that is what he understood, and once I convinced him to change it he brought me my dish and practically threw it on the table without saying a single word/ I guess other things matter more here than customers.. P.s i ordered tagliatelle with cuttlefish, as per the menu, they brought me with anchovies. Makes me think that was the reason they wanted to give me a different dish at the first place, that seems to be the more reasonable option for them than saying they don’t have it… We will not come again.

Being million times in Vlore, this was my first time to be in Aross Hotel. The hotel is super nice and people managing it and working there are the best value of the property!!! Hotel and rooms are clean, spacy, comfortable... But people working there are outstanding!! Me and my sister, we both enjoyed it so much! If you are lucky to have a room with the sea view, it will be amazing. Both restaurants (inside and outside) are great and the food served is so tasty and delicious. If you are having dinner at the beachside restaurant you will enjoy the view to the sea and sky full of stars. We really had a great time in Aross!!!
