Booked my holiday with love holidays ... never again! Booking process was easy ... arrived in Albania to find no transport was made to get us to the hotel so we had to hire a car. When we eventually arrived at the hotel we was then informed we had to pay city tax. Arrived at to our room (outside temp 25 degrees ) opened the door and was blasted with a heater kicking out allot of heat. The lady on reception said it must be broken and there was no air conditioning . With no rooms left she trf us to Regina city hotel although a little higher in standard we had the same issue . Reception did try to help and did provide us with a fan but this didn't help at all window couldn't be left open because of the traffic noise .. similar to that in New York ... Breakfast be warned you must get up early when we arrived everything had been eaten and little was left and it was cold ... this was 8.30 am .... We stayed two nights and checked out. Will never use love holidays again ... and we do not recommend vlore to stay or the Regina hotels. Reception staff are lovely and Albanian people friendly ....love the country .. my advise tour around and use booking dot com for hotels .

I have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, and the rooftop restaurant offers an excellent selection of food and drinks. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is outstanding—arguably one of the best in the city. Strongly recommended to anyone visiting or passing through Vlora.

Excellent stay in late September Perfect weather, the best service in the city and the SPA , amazing. The breakfast such a variaty . The hotel in the city , the main road, it was amazing to walk in the evening or during the day. For sure booking again here .

Fun fact: 28 Mars 2025 After I learnt about the earthquake in Thailand, Regina City Hotel in Vlorë took incredibly good care of me. ❤️So fantastic to be there in such hard time for me. That's not only about SERVICE.. I can feel that they have truly SINCERELY mentality of being human going through tough time. Amazing spa and massage was just too good to be true. Restaurant and breakfast staff are professional outstanding. Plenty of choice to choose and taste from The back office and reception staff were helpful wish I love. JUST fun fact. That is why I respect and Love Vlorë Albania ♥️♥️.

Luckily, we have just left the hotel after a week. We are totally disappointed with our stay, here’s why: - no hot water for three days (reception staff said it was a general problem...) - No internet in the room - poor internet connection in other parts of the hotel - we were warned after four days that food and drink is not allowed in the room, im sick and need to have access to water 24/7, we also had to hide wine :) like at school. Seriously??? - No complimentary water in the room - very bad breakfast, poor quality, No choice, everyday the same... - No basic furniture: fridge, chair, balcony furniture, bedside lamp for reading Pluses: nice room, clean

We have been here 3-4 times having drinks at the rooftop. Drinks ok, BUT they use way too much time to make the drinks. The bartenders need to speed up if we should come back...

Was pleasure to stay in this new build hotel only two year old.It was first time we visit vlora and we very impress, the hotel was 20-50 m from the beach which provide private umbrella and chairs with daily cleand beach towels The room was very good size ,with lot light cleand daily the bolcony was super with wonderful sea view The staff was very helpful and friendly They served traditional food and we enjoy eating dinners in balcony the kitchen staff was very helpful Rosi the cook and other little helpers kide albana anila frida was very friendly we end up been friends The owner always around asking if we enjoying staying at Regina city and our answer is we definitely come back Thanks Mr+Mrs AGO

we went to the hotel as a couple. the room was very clean and spacious. they also offered us spa services which were modern and very luxurious. the reception also helps us with suggestions for visiting places around. they offered many services like a network of hotels. during our stay we also visited the other hotel of this chain, Regina Blu. we had dinner in the restaurant on the top floor where they suggested fresh products. the wine was good and the service too.

I went with my husband and son at the weekend and everything was perfect. The service was excellent and everything was very clean. I hope to come back as soon as possible. It has a beautiful view and a calmness. I recommend everyone to go because you will find peace

We were here this days on October, it was a worm sunny day so we ate outside near the pool side. We followed the head waiter suggestion so we took some appetizers . The price wasn't that much expensive so it was worth it . The food was excellent also the service. Really enjoyed it . See you soon.

This hotel was beautiful sooo clean rooftop pool and restaurant was amazing reception staff went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. Are the restaurant manager was exceptional food was amazing and service was second to none I could not recommend this hotel enough the location is excellent along vlore so many bars and nice restaurants to choose from the hotel food was our favourite. Albania is beautiful the people are friendly can't wait to come back roll on September
