As an Accor Gold Card member, I am appalled by the experience I had at this property. It is, without question, the worst stay I have ever encountered. I changed rooms within five minutes of checking in, and ultimately I changed hotels the very next day.

The location is excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful, but these are the only positives. The first room was completely unacceptable. It reeked of sweat to the point that I genuinely could not tell whether I was in a hotel room or a gym. The toilet seat was broken, and there were actual footprints on the pillowcase, something I consider both shocking and unhygienic.

After reporting these issues, a staff member assisted me in switching rooms. However, the second room was just as bad. It also smelled terrible, and I found body hair on the bedsheets and throughout the bathroom. The sink was clogged, and the bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower. The pillows and pillowcases were so foul-smelling that I had to throw away my pyjamas the next day because the odor clung to them. The room is very noisy; you can hear every word spoken in the corridor, and people slam their doors early in the morning.
For a brand that claims to uphold high standards, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is entirely unacceptable. This experience fell drastically below the expectations of any guess, let alone a loyal member. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, and I strongly request a full review.

Good value and decent enough location. Rooms are small but ok for the price. Shower kept flooding and one of the lifts was out of order when I stayed, which meant long waits to get to room/breakfast.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast is basic but enjoyable. Location is very central to many attractions, bars, restaurants and cafes. Easily accessible by public transport. Unfortunately the rooms have no soundproofing from the streets or corridor. I could hear the street noise clearly, even on level 10. We also heard the young family with children staying across the hall, even with both doors closed. Rooms are basic, but clean. Shower in our room was poorly designed and allows water to get through a gap and onto the floor, saturating the bath mat. The door was also loud and clunky to open. Felt closer to an Ibis Budget than and Ibis Styles, unfortunately

Ibis did not disappoint. Great location. We did not get breakfast, which was $30/person. Outrageous price in my opinion. The rooms are not very big at all, but expected for a big city. There is free coffee in the lobby. The best about this hotel is its proximity to the subte (subway). It was right near line D which takes you to many places with no need to transfer.

Florida is nearby with many tourist shops. The only thing I did not like is the casa de Camino nearby. There are so many people yelling out Cambio Cambio on the street. The Blue rate is not much difference anymore.
