Other than a few humidity stains on a few areas of the walls and ceiling and the shampoo not smelling great the hotel was awesome, staff extremely helpful and the location is amazing! The staff even got the breakfast out a bit early since they knew we were leaving early. Walkable to toms of shopping and dining options.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected, they were kind enough to allow us to check in early. The breakfast was great and the location was convenient with two coffee shops just feet from the front door.

This is a terrible place. The pictures are old, it does not reflect how it looks now. Chandeliers are broken. There is no coffee. There is no water. There are no cups in the room. You can’t call reception because there is no phone. There is no room service. The television is not smart. The whole place is completely abandoned.

The bi-lingual staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, from offering great local recommendations to helping with small details that made all the difference. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail added a personal touch that made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast each morning was fresh fruit; varied pastries, fresh eggs, and a cappuccino, the perfect fuel for a day exploring the city. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel experience that captures the charm, culture, and warmth of Buenos Aires, PuroBaires Hotel Boutique is the place to stay. The worst experience from day one. The bed cover had red stains, apparently blood, the towel had a brown stain, there was dust on the nightstand, and a light fixture that was falling off. I mentioned all this to the receptionist named Ariel, who told me he could only help me with the towel at that moment, and if I didn’t like anything, we should just cancel everything—even though I had already paid, and there was no refund option. I told him he couldn’t expect me to sleep in a bed with those stains. The owner eventually had to come to fix something so simple. They claim to be 5 stars, but that is far from reality. During the last two days, there was even a water leak in the bathroom that they didn’t fix, and I was asked to turn off the main bathroom valve when not in use. I just wanted my stay to end so I could leave because it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in all the countries I’ve visited. For the price I paid, I expected a different level of service. The cleanliness is extremely poor; they even left cleaning rags in the bathroom, and everything was badly organized. Although the reception staff treated us well afterward, nothing was the same after our vacation started this way. It’s not worth it at all. ESP: la peor experiencia desde el día 1, el cobertor de la cama tenía manchas rojas aparentemente de sangre, la toalla una mancha marrón, polvo en la mesa auxiliar y un foco que se caía, todo esto se lo mencioné al recepcionista de nombre Ariel y me dijo que solo podía ayudarme en ese momento con la toalla que si no me gustaba nada cancelaramos todo, sabiendo que yo ya había pagado y no había opción de devolución, le dije que no podía obligarme a dormir en una cama con esas manchas, tuvo que venir el dueño para solucionar algo tan simple. Dicen que son 5 estrellas pero eso es alejado totalmente de la realidad, ya los 2 últimos días hasta había una fuga de agua en el baño que no arreglaron y me pidieron cerrar la llave principal del baño cuando no lo usara, yo solo quería que terminara mi estancia para irme porque ha sido el peor hotel en el que me he alojado de todos los países a los que he ido. Por el precio que pagué esperaba otro servicio, la limpieza es paupérrima, tanto que hasta se olvidaban los trapos en el baño, todo mal organizado. Por más que luego todo el staff de recepción nos tratara bien nada fue lo mismo después de iniciar así nuestras vacaciones, no vale la pena para nada.

Found a small spider on the bed and blood splatter on sheets on artival. Totally gross! The bathroom ceiling was leaking after some rain, they put towels on the floor and then 2 buckets to collect the dirty smelly rain water. I could not go in the bathroom to brush my teeth without getting some of the unsanitary water dipping on me. They offered moving us to another room—no thanks! We left to another hotel. We Accidentally Left behind expensive sunglasses and they claimed they did not find them. Believe these negative reviews!! Stay away!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone was super helpful. Great location - Palermo has many excellent restaurants and shops and is easy to reach from the cruise port and airports.

We ate here our first night in Palermo and it started the vacation off great! Lovely food, the steak was amazing and freah salad, with a recommended glass of red wine made the experience perfect!

Things I liked: Rooftop though pool was dirty, breakfast was excellent, staff was pretty nice though not overly helpful, room was rustic and pleasant, nice handmade shower products, bathrobe and slippers, and fantastic location.

Things I did not like: Once my room smelled like urine when i came back - maybe from them mopping the floor or something?, it was slightly noisy especially with my room on a lower floor, slow elevator, no clock in the room.

i'd probably try somewhere else if i were to return, though price was decent.
