We were places here due to a missing connection. The hotel overall was good. The only thing to complain is that electricity plugs are not nearby the beds. But people where friendly and also the location was good.

Excellent location if you are planning to attend events at any of the synagogues in this neighbourhood.

Hot, humid and very very very basic place. Service was barely existent, rooms have roaches so if that’s a problem, don’t stay here. The rooms are very bare. Beds are simple. Sheets were dirty with someone else’s hair in between the sheets. If you can avoid staying here, do it. We had to and will do everything in my power to never do it again.

the internet was none! we had to go downstairs to get internet. We could hear people like they were in our bathroom. The person that serves breakfast is not friendly...

Terrible experience. I give one star just because it is not possible to rate zero. The hotel maybe WAS 4-star many years ago. In fact, the room is large, but with scarce and old furniture. The air conditionner was broken, the bed was small, there was no acoustic isolation (you can hear anything from the corridor and the neighbors). The service was bad, one day I was without towel in my room, and I had to ask three times and wait for two hours to get one. The bathroom was large, with two sinks and a tub, but very old and pending for repair. When the shower was used, all the floor got wet. The gim (shown in the hotel website) simply does not exist. The breakfast maybe was the worst point, with few options, cheap food and dirty dishes.
The only positive points about this hotel were the location and the price (but it does not worth what it costs).

Miserable Service, they used my credit card without my authorization and without informing me, the management is corrupted. DIrty, noisy rooms, very old equipment (the noise of the AC won't allow you to sleep). The management is ineffective and disrespectful (I asked to arrange a defect in the toilet on December 29 because it was losing water, producing noise and finally became an overflowing affecting the whole room. The miserable and disrespectful management took 6 days in fixing it. Also there was an electrical shortcut in one of the lights and it took them 6 days to arrange it. The employees are mistreated by the management and 2 of them resigned during my stay at this fake and decadent hotel.
